My kids enjoyed it so much. The price is affordable and the staff are friendly. Some of the machines were out of order. It's a place where you see members of family participating with their kids in play and having a good time. I saw a grandfather playing with his grandsons. My family played a nice game with another family.

Being a grand parent it was handy to have table and chairs that allowed you to sit and watch the kids. It has lots of fun places such as slides, room of balls, areas to climb, a small arcade, ball area and a small snack bar. The kids loved it.

This is for the Creative Play that is in Pickering as the Ajax location is now closed. Held my son's party there recently and was advised that there was "Dance Lights" so I was very excited to book this facility as this is the purpose of my party (as mentioned to Christine/Owner) I mentioned the fact of the summer sun and will it be dark enough. I was advised yes we would have "blackout curtains/blinds" up so it should be dark enough. Party was from 5:30-7:30pm, Unfortunately it was not dark enough and the kids didn't even bother with the "Dance Lights" they were basically rainbow colors flashing on the walls and floor it was so bright in there that it had no impact on the "so called effect" that I was promised. When I expressed my concern I was advised that there is no cause for your complaint and that nothing could be done.
All I can say is becareful what you are told about this place as I read the comments below (prior to booking) I thought it can't be that bad, however, I must say I agree with the comments below not a great place for anyone to attend.
PS: For the price of $269 for 2 hours of play with nothing and I mean nothing included (you even have to bring your own cutlery/plates at that) it is a joke. There are a lot better places and you will get more for your money out there.

My kids had a great time at there party, going to book again next year for sure. Toys for baby, kids, & a sports room for the older kids. The food was vary tasty, staff was organized, and attentive. Loved the family environment, guests had a fun time.

After invites went out to 45 people and only 3 days before my daughter's 4th birthday party, Creative abruptly cancelled our firm booking. Great way to run a business Christine (the owner) and inspire confidence in other parents considering your venue. Avoid this place at all cost. There are many other similar places with owners and staff who really care and will ensure your party will be a success.

To ensure expectations are being met, it is of paramount importance to be very specific and clear with our customers. In order to effectively perform services that are satisfactory to our customers, we rely on a relationship of clear communication between us and you, the customer. In instances where we have requests for a last minute party booking, especially when the party is booked with only a mere days from the party date, the clarity of communication is of utmost importance. To avoid disappointment we urge our customers to book your party with at least two weeks advance of the party date to avoid disappointments as a result of not having the information we need to perform our services effectively.

This place is so cool! They have a huge gymnasium, craft area and jumping castle. They have tons of fun toys for my boys to play with while I relaxed and they have free WIFI. We had a great time here. I would recommend it to anyone.

Creative Play Indoor Playground is ok. It is not bad, but if your child is over the age of 5 it is lame. There just are not enough activities to keep school aged children interested. Frankly, they could use a much bigger play structure, they have the space which is wasted on lame floor toys that only infants or toddlers can use. The company says that the place is suitable for children up to 10 years, but I really do not feel that is the case.
I have brought my children here for parties and to the drop in play. The company grossly misleads you into believing that there are all sorts of creative activities available, and that even a staff member may be on hand to help with crafts, not the case. There are a few easels and some paints, thats it.
All in all, it is ok for a mother with infants or toddlers who just wants to get out of the house.
