Turned up on a Tuesday morning of half term. Website said it opened at 9.30 am and we went for 10am. All locked up, no signs anywhere saying why it was closed?? We waited around for 20 mins whilst a few other people came and went. My kids were gutted. Still.. we went to the newly opened soft play and trampoline park in Carterton at the leisure centre which was cleaner, the soft play equipment was smaller but we’d go here in future. Sorry Darcy bear/lets go bonkers you let us down today 😕

Booked 9 yr old birthday at laser storm. None of laser guns charged so didn’t work. Kids so very disappointed, a couple cried in frustration as a few guns had worked but quickly ran out. Couldn’t even have one game. Staff clearly also felt awful for the kids too, and embarrassed, but not surprised. They really tried. I think the guns are very old and need replacing. We were refunded and given chips but it wasn’t the same. I would never chance booking here again and felt dreadful for the next party booked in on same day. it was awful seeing the look on my sons face on his birthday. Don’t risk it if you want good memories for birthday for your kid.

First visit for a long time, under new management had a new floor laid which is a great improvement also rearranged and improved the under 5s play space including bouncy castle. We will visit again. Well done everyone

Good soft play area with a separate one for little ones. Like most of these place it can be a bit chaotic and noisy. While you can get basic snacks to keep the kids fed, it is just that - basic and not the highest quality. That said it's a good place to keep younger children occupied on a wet day.

I wasn't blown away but it was ok. We took our 15 month old so used the under 5's area which was well equipped. There was a separate area for younger ones which was full of soft cubes. A small ball pit here would have been good in addition to the one in the under 5's area so that younger ones can play safely away from the older children in busy periods. My first observation was that in my opinion, the carpet throughout is in desperate need of replacing.

Visit with my 3yo included kids lunch box and a Panini for me. Have to say i was pleasantly surprised with the food. Hot and freshly cooked. Not at all what I have heard in the past. The salad was crisp and clearly fresh that day. Coffee was good too. Bargain price and the kids lunch box was great. The premises were clean and tidy considering the amount of kids present although some of the parents could have helped keep the place by clearing their own tables afterwards.
Really pleased I visited today. My daughter had a great time.
