Very well run and extremely friendly staff. Bruce was an amazing host. I never write reviews, so this is a testament to how much fun we had.

We went to the Tenby Escape Room as a birthday present - 3 of us with some escape room experience and one novice. Booking online we could only seem to choose the wizards lair but upon checking in Bruce took us through and offered us any of the rooms if we wanted them. We stuck with our initial choice and had a great time - Bruce’s enthusiasm as the game master really completed the whole experience, we had a great time in a really well made and thought out room and thankfully escaped before being turned into frogs!
Thanks so much Bruce for making the experience and thank you Tenby Escape Rooms - we’ll be back again very soon to take on the other two!

Me and 4 other friends decided we wanted to do an escape room, and after careful consideration we chose the asylum. This escape room lived up to its expectation and more! Scary, fun and challenging what else more would you want from an escape room. However, it wouldnt be as amazing if it wasnt for our amazing game host, none of us can remember his name but he had a white beard and had a very calm voice. He made the room more fun by atleast 201%. We all will definitely return again to do another one and all 5 of us would recommend anyone who is brave enough to do the asylum escape room. Had such an amazing time with family, breaking out of The Asylum room! We had such a good laugh and loads of spooky moments! Genuinely very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room and the various things to solve. Bruce, our host, was absolutely brilliant too and made the experience even better!

Very enjoyable! Well planned with a unique twist to being with. I have completed several escape rooms, but it is my first visit to Tenby Escape Rooms. Definitely will do another room when I back in the area. Staff very friendly and provide the right amount of help.

Visited the escape rooms on the weekend and what an amazing time we had. The staff went above and beyond at every step, even giving birthday surprises for my friend. Special mention must go to Laura, Brit and Bruce. Thanks again, we will hopefully be back to try the other room.

The entire experience here was amazing. We had never done an escape room before but it was exciting and bery well thought through. Bruce was very friendly and made the experience so much relaxing.

Visited here with some friends as part of a friends birthday weekend away. The whole weekend was a surprise, we were sent postcodes to different activity destinations and this was one of them. None of us had done any escape rooms before and had been booked on The Asylum which I believe is the hardest room at this site. Bruce was our host for the evening and was absolutely brilliant, we can't wait to do more escape rooms in the future as we enjoyed this one so much! As the lads would say "it was boss!"

This is defo something to do with the reluctant teenagers, gets them off their devices for a bit and they actually enjoy themselves! We booked onto the pirate theme room and it was great so will be booking another for sure!!
