All I can comment on is the crazy golf as we arrived just on a whim to fill an hour or so and was well worth the trip. We certainly could have spent much longer there. The crazy golf was lots of fun and would recommend having a go! Seems like a great place for family ties with children. For us as a couple looking for something a little more low key, the crazy gold was perfect fun.

We’ve just returned from our annual trip to Tenby and always spend at least one day at Heatherton! Love the fact we can use our group pass over more than one day so tend to do 2 or 3 afternoons here.
Kids favourites are the go karts, bumper boats, trampoline pillows, baseball hitting and water zorbs. They both did the smaller high ropes trail too and loved it again! Our oldest can’t wait for next year when he’ll be old enough for the Senior course!

Visited on Friday 30th August with my two children, 10 and 3, and grandmother.
A good variety of activities for all ages, and a clean, spread out park.
Only negative, the staff member running the driving school for 3-8 year old, could not be bothered. My son had less than 3 minutes on the track before he was escorted to the exit. It's only 1 credit, but still, should of been approx 10 minutes.
Will visit again, but not during half term time.

We enjoyed the concept at Heatherton for a fun and full day out with our children. Entry is free but you pay for the activities (there are different ticket options and it’s super easy to buy them). The site is split in two across a busy road but they had an underpass allowing us to cross safely. We really enjoyed doing the archery, bumper boats, baseball, laser clay shooting and karting to name a few things we did. Queues were fine. The only negative was the food at the main cafe which was poor (including pizza chips priced at £7.50 which were a congealed mess of cheap pepperoni and awful cheese chucked on chips that had welded themselves to the eco container meaning half were inedible due to being stuck and other half was grim) but that recall was the only negative. Staff were all lovely.
Small suggestion - could you allow decent food trucks to set up as I’m sure people would appreciate the choice and would buy!

Previous to attending our smallest child was sick in the night and we had to rearrange to a different day. I spoke to customer advice on the phone and they said it would be £5 to rearrange. I thought this wasn’t unreasonable as it was over £100 for a family ticket, we paid the money anyway and went to the park a day later, on arrival the park there was plenty of rides and activities to do but we did notice if you had to pay for each ride separately it would’ve been at least £6 a ride and they just wasn’t worth it. You only got one go round on most things and the young staff seemed so disinterested and not engaging the children at all and miserable, it just seemed this part was not kid friendly even though it’s advertised for kids. Extremely disappointed for the price if this would’ve been £60 for a family ticket, I would’ve been fairly happy.

Perfect place to visit while on holiday, especially on a dull day. We did adventure golf which was a perfect way to spend time with the kids and made a change from the beach. We loved Tenby and it was nice to venture out for a change of scene.

Fantastic place
Went with myself and my partner and our 10 & 4 year old. We got the family tokens £77 and it lasted us all day. We played golf, went on boats, zip lines, baseball, go karting almost everything there.
For us this was really good value as we took a picnic.

Absolute chaos from the moment we arrived. There was absolutely nowhere to park. We eventually parked in the overflow over the road. Activities are extremely expensive, and 2 people weren't allowed to share the same tokens card, which I think is just bonkers, especially when visiting with children. Minimum tokens you could buy was 6, which was close to £20.00 which soon adds up. Many of the activities had a waiting time of roughly 30 minutes which is difficult with little ones. The stuff over the opposite side of the road are more suited for 10yrs and under but still, there was a long wait for a lot of the rides. There were just people everywhere, people pushing others and jumping lines for food and drinks. I feel the whole place could be managed a bit better with regards to capacity and line management.

Good range of activities. Decent pitch and putt course (took about 2.5 hours to get round) though a couple of the holes needed better signposting. Long queues for some activities, not surprising in the summer holidays - though we returned a couple of days later at 10am (when it opens) and could easily get on everything we wanted.
Only niggle was that website says you can pay for single activities (eg £8.50 for pitch and putt) but reception insisted we had to buy minimum of 6 credits per person for £17.45. The teens didn't want to do anything else (partly because of long queues for eg crazy golf) so we adults came back a couple of days later whilst teens were still in bed and used them up on the crazy golf, bumper boats and raceway (ie Scalextric)

When we arrived, I was surprised at how big the site was being on both sides of the road but the tunnel underneath the road makes it safe to cross. We purchased 30 credits for £80 which does sound expensive for a family of three but once you start using them they go along way. In fact we had to return another day to use the remaining 8 credits!
There are many attractions for adults to join in or just let the kids get on with it and you can chill. The water fight paddock was definitely a hit (what a simple idea) and we were a pair of proud parents as the 8 year old stepped off the zip line on his own.
We used the food outlet which sold burgers, nuggets etc. My husband reported that hygiene was quite slack in there with staff having their long hair loose and playing on their phone while serving.
Most of the staff were young but on the whole couldn't fault them. They generally engaged with the kids and worked hard.
My husband and I are off to find a patch off land to create our own Heatherton at home! All in all a fab day out and surprisingly good value for money.

I understand you buy credits but how much is each activity in terms of credits? Knowing my boys they will want to do EVERYTHING!

Credit Passes
Our simple Credit Pass system offers great value for money!
How does it work?
Simply purchase your chosen credit pass from the list below. Each activity uses a certain number of credits (normally 1 or 2) and we mark off your credits as you go.
And that’s it – easy!
And of course entry to the park itself is free, so family and friends can watch for no additional cost.
2019 Individual/Per Person Passes
Individual passes are valid on the day of purchase only and cannot be shared.
6 Credits per person £13.50
8 Credits per person £17.25
10 Credits per person £20.50
2019 Family/Group Passes
Family/Group passes are valid for 6 months and can be shared.
30 Credits £62.50
40 Credits £82.50
60 Credits £120.50
100 Credits £194.00

Hi, I would say definitely No! We took our niece who is 4, there is nothing they can go on by themselves really, she went on 3rides with an adult, definitely more at Folly Farm for little ones, hope this helps.

Umm baseball, archery, clay pigeon shooting and guns are under cover. Then I guess go karting would be alright because you have overalls and a helmet on. Other than that, there's a little arcade and during the summer they have other activities that could be covered.

Hi my husband and I are visiting midweek this week. Will it be really quiet? We would like to do crazy golf and the maze and we are all ready booked in for treetops.
Btw what is the power fan?

The park will be an average busy day due to October Half Term.
The crazy golf and maze are running daily from 10am - purchased on the day. Please make note that the maze is a newly planted beech tree maze, so it is a low level maze for the first couple of years.
The powerfan jump is similar to a banjeee jump, off the top of our 13m tower. :)
