I got there all dizzy after a fast taxi lap and they were very friendly to me and provided me with some coffee, a nice chat, and a sofa to rest. Then I got the Fiesta ST which is a pretty decent car and perfect for beginners like me. It's not the newest model, but it worked very well anyway. I wanted something not that powerful and front wheel drive, to get started, and this car was excellent for that. Nice short shifts, very responsive. I got the 4 lap package with the instructor on the first lap, I'd say it was really worth it, he was friendly and gave me good advice to be safe as well as have fun and drive fast. They lent me a helmet as well.

Wenn man kein Motorsportfan mit passendem Auto ist, dann sollte man sich einen Fahrer mit passendem Untergrund suchen und sich fahren lassen. Obwohl wir einen sehr schnellen und mit Cup Fahrwerk ausgestatteten Wagen hatten, war der Verkehr enorm und die Sicht nach hinten, war fast wichtiger wie nach vorne. Trotzdem sollte man es erleben, es gibt nicht viel schöneres!

27 euros a lap but you get 8 euros off if you book 4 - wow!

I've been going here since 2004 when a lap was about 12 euros and it was quiet. Now it's 27 euros a lap and it's manic! There are now too many local hire type racing companies providing tuition and cars on the so called "tourist" days that it gets very busy. Try not to go at weekends, the 2 hour slots on weekday evenings are better. You need to take plenty of money as 4 laps cost 100 euros and lots of petrol!
