Perfect moment with friends

Very easy to describe : just a perfect moment, with very sympathic people ... They don't speak english, and it's the best way to enjoy this degustation.
It's a must do, during one hour, after visiting Alberobello, Ostuni or directly Locorotondo.

Molto facile da descrivere: un momento perfetto, con persone molto simpatiche... Non parlano inglese, ed è il modo migliore per godersi questa degustazione.
È una tappa obbligata, di un'ora, dopo aver visitato Alberobello, Ostuni o direttamente Locorotondo.

Très facile à décrire : juste un moment parfait, avec des gens très sympathiques .... Ils ne parlent pas anglais, et c'est la meilleure façon d'apprécier cette dégustation.
C'est un must à faire, pendant une heure, après avoir visité Alberobello, Ostuni ou directement Locorotondo.

Caseificio che offre una buona gamma di prodotti (peccato mancasse la ricotta).....burrata fantastica, gli altri latticini che Abbiamo preso nella norma! Gentilezza, cortesia ed attenzione al cliente!

Superbe expérience

Je suis venue suite a des avis positifs sur cette fromagerie, nous n’avons pas eu la possibilité de visiter la fromagerie mais avons eu droit a une degustation de qualité.
Il y a une terrasse très joliment décorée pour deguster les fromages, nous nous sommes sentis dépaysés dans la campagne de Locorotondo!
Le plateau de fromage est varié et énorme pour 2 pour un prix très correct!

La fromagère, très sympathique nous a présenté en anglais tous les fromages sur le plateau ainsi que leur fabrication.
Même si nous avions des difficultés a nous comprendre, elle s’est intéressée a notre voyage dans la région et bien sur elle nous a proposé un doggybag de fromage que nous n’avions pas réussi a finir.

C’est une expérience très dépaysante et un délice culinaire.

Good products but unreliable management

Products are very good, but the shop is terribly managed. We placed a big order a day before leaving the town to have more than 2 kilos of mozzarella and burrata but they "forgot" to make it, with no alternative solution offered or apology offered. Not recommended at all, extremely rude and unpredictable staff.

I prodotti di questo caseificio sono ottimi ma la gestione dell'attività è pessima. Avevamo ordinato con un giorno di anticipo più di 2kg di mozzarelle e burrate prima di lasciare il paese, ma hanno "dimenticato" di preparare l'ordine, senza offrire alcuna soluzione alternativa e men che meno delle scuse. Assolutamente non consigliato, lo staff addetto alla vendita è estremamente scortese ed incapace.

Causa navigatore impazzito ci siamo trovati di fronte a questo caseificio. Mai errore tecnologico fu più proficuo! Che gentilezza della persona e che bontà!! Bravissimi!!!

Ferme de fabrique de mozarella, mais pas que, aussi burrata, straciatella...
Ils nous expliquent lors de la visite les différences entre ces trois fromages. La visite dure 30 min, puis il y a une énorme dégustation de fromages, vins, charcuteries. Si vous ne finissez pas, la propriétaire vous donne le reste à remporter chez vous.
Accueil très sympathique, visite en anglais. A faire si vous êtes dans les parages (Alberobello, Martina Franca, Locorotondo...)

Mi consigliano questo caseificio, prodotto ottimo, ho assaggiato diversi tipi, producono tutti i pomeriggi, consiglio andare dopo le 18 per avere il prodotto appena fatto.

Prodotti ottimi e di qualità consigliatissimo andate e resterete ottimi formaggi , la mozzarella è fatta di vero latte e si sente. Stessa cosa per gli altri prodotti caseari
