We tried to get in touch with the company, but they didn’t respond to our calls, WhatsApp or email. So we drove by. The girl at the office was nice, but still we thought it wasn’t very nice that we had to make such an effort to book a tour.
The tour we had, was ok but not great. I think it was because we only had a driver and not a driver and a guide.
We were there with a baby and he was driving to boat kinda dangerously. Even though we made clear we didn’t like it, because it was scary and it almost went really wrong because he didn’t see some waves.
(But the 20 year old students with us in the boat thought it was super exciting. So maybe that’s just a different perspective when you get older)

Endroit super accueillant! Nous avons visités les cascades de Guatape avec un jeune guide qui nous a parlé de l’histoire du village. Très recommandé!

Ik heb een aantal keer een mountainbike en Kayak gehuurd en de boattour gedaan. De boattour is zeker een aanrader. Personeel is super vriendelijk,behulpzaam en weten de goede plekjes om naartoe te gaan.

This place is really nice and the rental equipment looked high quality and was a good price. A good place for rentals. But I would avoid the boat tour. Its not so much time in a boat, the info isn’t very interesting, and the guy we had talked too much about partying, selling women’s underwear and dating a stripper while living in the states.

I received information from the town and surroundings. Ppl there speak both english and spanish. They guide me and recommended many beautiful things to do. If you are in Guatapé kayaking is a must! Also you can rent a bike,scooter,paddle boards from here to explore beautiful guatapé.
I highly recommend Colombia getaway!

I used the paddle on the lake and the material was good quality and the staff was nice and makes everything for you to be safe on your exeperiment in the lake. Would recomend 100%

We rented scooters and kayaks with Colombia Getaway. They helped us really good and gave awesome tips about the environment. The gear was in great condition. And our day was perfect :) Thanks Colombia Getaway!
