Professional and lovely staff. Very welcoming. We had the 90 mn massage and reflexology. Was only $60 Aus. Great value. Really good massage. The spa itself was very nicely done and lots of privacy

I booked a full 3 hr package, agreed some things and paid deposit. On the day as soon as I paid the full amount and treatment started they changed certain things contrary to what had been agreed. I was in tempted to cancel and walk out but the young staff had already started. This change of plans and not sticking to agreement did not sit well with me. I was hoping to do 1-2 more sessions but I didn’t bother; I went elsewhere.
As for the treatment, the staff worked very hard and were very helpful. The massage was reasonably good and the facilities above average.

All the staff include reception and massage staff did not wear mask !!! We wear extremely uncomfortable . Btw the massage is good . We was lying head down when starting the massage so we do not realise they didn’t even wear a mask ?!!!! Did government announce that in door do not wear a mask ??? Can the management do something on this .

One of the best my massage. Very friendly and professional staffs.
If just swap the towels which use for cover the body for nice sheet will be perfect.

My daughter and I enjoyed our recent visit to the Alun Alun Spa. Although the place could do with a bit of TLC, the massages were very relaxing, and the place was clean. I will definitely return when I next visit Langkawi.

We visited Danai for the 1st time in 2019 and as my previous review stated, were delighted with the experience. We were able to sneak into Langkawi last year in between travel bans but visited their Bayview Hotel location in Kuah and again were delighted with the experience there. Unfortunately, this visit to the Pantai Cenang location was quite disappointing.
Both my wife and I had difficulty getting comfortable when lying face down as it seems like they changed the cushion and neither of us could find a position that didn't put pressure on either our forehead or our chin. In the middle of the treatment, we could hear the staff talking in the foyer so I requested they turn on the spa music. Unfortunately, the system was not working.
However, the most disappointing part of the experience was the full ashtray that was in the waiting area when we arrived. When we finished the treatment we returned to the waiting area for tea and the full ashtray was still there. We live full-time in Malaysia and accept that this is a different culture, but allowing smoking in a high-end spa, and/or failing to clean up after the smokers doesn't seem to me to be an acceptable practice.
Alun-Alun is a great spa and I won't give up on them, but they need to remember that small details sometimes make a huge difference in a customer experience.

Just did my massage here and the experience was good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. After registration and payment, I was served with warm tea and free cleaning of my feet. The masseur was professional and the strength was appropriate. One thing to be mentioned was the environment, it was clean, soothing and nice. Definitely would go back again. Thanks for the service.

Really enjoyed my time at alun-alun. The Malaysian massage is something to be had if you likd deep tissue massage using thumbs mostly. The girls are strong but know how to apply pressure where needed. Best 1.5 hours spent today!

Really recommend visiting this place. I went for the aromatherapy package with my husband, which was around 3 hours an absolute bliss! I loved it so much I went back two days later on my own for a Malaysian massage which again- was bliss. Staff are all friendly, professional and skilled and I would recommend this place to anyone
