My friend found this spa after some extensive research. I can't tell you the name of what treatments I had but it included a relaxation massage, facial, exfoliation, shower and was just the best. It was so good I was drooling. I have had a lot of massages over the years but this one will stand out as one of the best. Highly recommend.

One of the best massage/facial combos I’ve had. Thoughtful peaceful spa surrounds with lovely staff who make you feel welcome and special.

My girlfriends and I treated ourselves to a couple of hours of spa treatments, body scrub, massage and facial - it was all so wonderful.
All of the ladies were great, I had Karen who was so soft and gentle, the environment was lovely and the products used were very high quality. I also thought the price was extremely fair. Can not complain at all, would love to go again.

Everything was so amazing! The people were beautiful and sweet, the products felt incredible and I felt a million dollars when I left. My girlfriends and I had a spa party which had a body scrub, massage and facial for 2.5 hours and the ladies made sure we were pampered for the entire time. They served us tea at the end and I even purchased some of their products because I was so incredibly happy with the feel.

My partner and I were on holidays in the area and booked the couple’s retreat. Soul Ocean Spa exceeded our expectations and was just perfect. The service, the facilities, the cleanliness, the very affordable pricing, the products used, the massages and the little extra touches. We wish this spa was back home on the Gold Coast as this would be our go to!!

Thankyou for my luxury escape treatment today, it was one of the best massages and facials I have ever had. It wasn't just the treaments that were amazing, the lovely ladies at soul ocean spa tick all the boxes when it comes to that true day spa experience. Their friendly customer service and their ability to create a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere is what really made this a true luxury escape for me.

Got taken here for my 21st birthday & I can happily say it was the most relaxing experience I have ever had. The whole vibe of the spa & staff members is so kind & beautiful. My massage & facial were that good I feel asleep.. haha I left feeling super refreshed & relaxed & just honestly happy.
Would highly recommend to anyone!!!! The whole experience from the sauna & spa to the massage & facials was just incredible. Also big plus the use all natural & organic products.

Most hardworking therapists I’ve ever met. They have the most magical massage hands with the most natural products. Best customer service as it is a beautiful environment with beautiful staff. I would recommend everybody to come here.

Really disappointed in our experience at this spa, sadly the worst customer service I have ever experienced . I don’t think I have ever made written a bad review but I would never return back to this spa or recommend anyone to go here after the experience we had .
