Hi On both our Phoenix Experience and Meet the Birds sessions there is very little walking around 100yds all morning Regards

Every experience must be pre booked, casual callers are not allowed ( this is not a zoo or petting centre)

We haved been based at Eaterton Farm for 8 years, we have been building a new facility nr Stirling for over 12 months but it wont be available until spring 2019 so we are running our sessions from the beautiful house and gardens of Cromlix House Hotel nr Dunblane, luxury 5 star mansion owned by the local Celebrity Tennis Player Andy Murray. so lovely refreshments and stunning venue in which we will be flying our birds this year. we would like all of our visitors to enjoy their first bird of prey interaction so some of our experiences are better suited to adults as the types of birds flown can be too large and intimidating for smaller children. a 13 yr old would enjoy all of the sessions we have on offer.

People purchase our days in many ways, including gift vouchers, some choose to purchase an experience code and then make up a voucher of their own ( rather than pay the additional £2.50 for a voucher pack). If a voucher is purchased from us direct it will always have a validation code in the top right hand corner and an expiry date in the bottom right hand corner. as it states in our terms and conditions, should we cancel a scheduled event due to bad weather we will automatically validate your voucher extension for a further month to allow you to re book. I am unsure of your voucher, your situation or your grievance but should you be kind enough to email me with details I'm sure your problem can be resolved
