What a crook !
We rented the boat at the end of the season end of October.
I called many other companies like Anthonis water sports in kolympia or Nikolas in Stegna who rated a maximum fees of 240€ from 8.30am till 5.30pm.
I finally booked at dimitris watersport in stampika and asked for the rate and he told me that we will see at the end of the day ….
We took possession of this old boat, badly maintained and under équiped ( no gps) as the others would rent brain new Poseidon boats fully equiped . No a big deal regarding to the distance we would go.
Spent a wonderful day in the neighbourhood departure at 10.15 am and returning 5.15 pm.
And then , the over friendly dimitris from the morning asked me for 300€….
I was shocked! Not that I am somebody short, ( we spent overt 500€ extras and tips in the day) . I said to him that it was not the usual rate and he allowed me a discount of 50€ ….
So 250€ in total . I always pay what I order for but at the end of the day I felt robbed ! I felt abused , a feeling that did not happened to this last 10 days I spent in this wonderful Rhodos !
Next time be aware of this guy who looks over welcoming at the beginning and finally is a crook…

What an amazing experience worth every penny. Dimitri is amazing and friendly host. We rented a boat for 2 hrs and we went to the red sand beach to snorkel. We even saw a sea turtle. Amazing memories.

Great crew and water sports equipment! Lovely beach one of the best in Rhodes. Antonis is very good at his job and we had a great time.

Thank you Dimitris Boat hire and Adonis for a wonderful couple of hours today. Loved every minute of the boat hire. Professional and quality at a fair price. Would highly recommend you to others. Boat was immaculately clean. Tsambikos is close to Red Beach which is well worth a stop and a swim in crystal blue clear waters. Thank you!

Would recommend Dimitris watersport businesses as he’s a friendly man and not pushy at all. You can rent a pedal boat for 20€ for an hour and also rent a boat without a licence. Gives you a good view of the area from the sea and you get the chance to swim in clean and clear waters.

Hired a boat for 3 hours... very helpful owner explaining everything you need to know about the boat, explained best places to visit, cool box supplied for drinks, we brought our own ice..we went south to red sand beach which was brilliant..wished we’d rented for 4 hours, which had a special off of an extra 30 minutes. Definitely recommend Dimitris

We are a family of four with a teenage boy and girl. Dimitris and his son were very helpful and friendly. No funny business about the rates. We felt they genuinely wanted us to enjoy ourselves. We took a pedal boat with a chute for an hour (€20; takes four people). My son and daughter went back a short time later for a go on the small motor boat (€25 for 30 minutes). Reasonable prices, friendly people. As for the beach- pleasant sandy beach with good facilities including toilets, free parking. Thanks for a memorable day Dimitris!

Μας σύστησαν να επισκεφτούμε στην παραλία τσαμπικα τον κ Δημήτρη . Είναι ο ιδιοκτήτης της επιχείρησης ο οποίος με χαμόγελο κ ευγένεια μας εξυπηρέτησε να νοικιάσουμε βάρκα που τόσο πολύ θέλαμε. Πέσαμε υπέροχα κ θα επανέλθουμε.. σύντομα. Να το προτίμησετε ανεπιφύλακτα.!

Dafür würden aber zwei scheinbar ordentliche Bretter angeschafft. Wenn ich in D am grossen Alpsee, am Starnberger See und am noblen Tegernsee nur Eur 10,-- bezahle und die Bretter ständig billiger werden, dann lässt es der Kunde sein oder geht zur Konkurrenz. Ich bin jedenfalls enttäuscht, hatte mich auf eine Woche mit tgl 2 Stunden gefreut. Dann halt leider nicht.....
