Hi Jack, We are disappointed to hear about the unpleasant experience you had on your diving trip due to the smoking. We try our best to accommodate the preferences and expectations of each of our customers, but we cannot always do so. There are several factors we take into consideration when establishing a smoking-policy, and yet no matter what policy we enact someone is going to be unhappy if we allow smoking, or disallow smoking, either way. It is unlikely that you will find a diving company in Thailand that prohibits smoking on their boat(s). We have addressed the issue and asked our staff to be more conscientious and considerate of the non-smokers on the boat during our daily trips. Thank you for your honest feedback.
