If you are having a foot massage you just need to ensure you have shorts or trousers that can roll up to your knees. If you are having body massages they provide robes to change into.

Hi Kitty, If you are already there in Koh Samui they hand out brochures with all the treatment options and packages detailed with prices. The prices are higher in that brochure than you will be able to bargain for in person at the Spa. As a rough guide, the more people in your group the greater the discount. Our family of 6 was able to get 50% off the published prices for foot massages and pedicures (200 Baht each treatment). If you are single or a smaller group 30% is more likely unless you are taking a package in which case aim for 50% off. We never needed to wait long even when there were 6 of us. As you wait you are brought refreshing cold towels and drinking water, afterwards hot tea. One day when my partner and I got 2 hour packages which were to occur in a VIP room with stunning views over the beach, I worried we would have to wait till the room came free. Then I discovered that the building is several stories high so there are multiple VIP rooms available. Also our package included the 4 hands hot oil massage where we each had two masseuses working on us. Again, no problem and booking not needed. We waited maybe 5 minutes in reception while they got things ready. Hope this helps.
