Fairytale scenery

My husband and I took the wine tour and spent the night in this beautiful estate. The tour was good, the wine delicious, the scenery magical! We sipped wine and looked at the stars while sitting in the hot tub. In the morning, I opened the doors to our balcony and just took in the cool, crisp air and watched the mist that settled into the rolling hills of the vineyard. It was like a fairytale, a much needed oasis in our busy trip.

ne ho fatte di visite e di degustazioni , ma questa è stata una delle più interessanti e soddisfacenti. La location in sè da sola fa la differenza, ma non da meno la professionalità del personale che ci lavora e ovviamente i prodotti in sè, sia vino che cibo.
Se siete in zona a Firrenze, ci dovete passare ,anche non per fare il giro delal cantina. Un posto davvero magico.

Il Castello più bello in assoluto, storia, vini eccellenti dal Nipozzano, al Mormoreto, barricaia storica. Sembra ritornare al passato. Camere bellissime e top il ristorante con pordoddi locali.

Beautiful winery in Tuscany

Laura provided a wonderful tour of the winery. It is about a 50 minute trip from historic Florence. There is no public transportation to the winery , so you either have to drive, hire a driver or take a taxi. During our tour we heard about the history of the Frescabaldi family , the process of winemaking and a tour of the wine cellars. We chose the light lunch option. We were given food options ahead of our visit and we all had to order the same 3 menu items. After the tour we went to a lovely room where we were served the food with the wine pairings. The whole experience lasted a little less that 3 hours. The food was amazing, the wine was nice. We were given an opportunity to purchase wines after the meal. They will ship wine to you if you desire.

Beautiful vineyard, fun experience

This was a great tour. Laura, our tour guide was very interesting as she shared the story of the Frescabaldi family and the history of the wine making. The tour ended with a wonderful light lunch ( which we thought would be only a snack) and 3 different wines ( full glasses, not a taste)

The grounds and views are amazing as well as the history of the castle. We thoroughly enjoyed the event and would recommend to anyone interested in learning about this wine and the wine making family. Special thanks to Laura. What a gem!

Bellissima l'esperienza di oggi al castello di Nipozzano. Visita suggestiva delle 3 cantine che si trovano in questo stupendo castello circondato da vigne e uliveti. Top la guida da cui trasparisce l'amore per il vino e questa famiglia che da lavoro a 600 persone per 1 milione di bottiglie l'anno! Degustazione al top per vini e snack che fanno invidia ad una cena.

Idyllic Wine Estate steeped in history

Visited with a wine tour group and this estate did not disappoint. A lovely tour of the cellars and historic buildings, followed by a 4 course meal accompanied by three of the estate red wines.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff and a beautiful location. Well worth a visit.

Sono stato in pernottamento BB nella struttura del Castello di Nipozzano precisamente nella struttura Frantoio camera pendolino. Eccellente in tutto sia i servizi offerti, il panorama mozzafiato e la camera elegante. Gia frequentato castello di Pomino ed ero stato altrettanto bene. Consiglio a tutti di fare una vacanza in queste strutture dove ospitalità, location e strutture ricettive sono al TOP

We had an amazing experience. First you get a tour of over an hour of whole the domain filled with fun facts and then we had a tasting of really nice wines. Certainly worth a visit.
