Great swimming pool for kids including a lazy river, pool toys varying depending on the day, a toddler pool, a warm hydrotherapy pool and a spa. Spacious newly done family changing rooms. There is also a huge playground next to the pool which is great for kids. Definitely worth a visit.

Pretty okay pools and lessons are alright. Usually overcrowded on the weekends. Needs more private changing rooms and a place to do manus and cannonballs and actually have fun.

There are 4 pools and a spa, a lazy river & special area for toddlers. Plenty of room for the whole family. They run exercise classes and have plenty of lanes free for those that want to swim or Aqua jogging . Over al an excellent facility

Visited here recently and also across the road at Foster sports grounds and play ground for the kids. Didn’t spend much time at pool but mainly across the road and it’s all awesome

Lovely clean facility, just make sure you time a lap pool visit right otherwise you may miss out as they are often booked with activities.

we live in Christchurch but happily travel the distance to visit this great facility. Its clean, the huge windows make it bright and cheerful and the hydrotherapy pool is an excellent addition for children such as mine who have a disability.
as a bonus there is an awesome park across the road to make this a double fun trip

Went there on a Sunday afternoon only to find out that the pool was reserved for some childrens swimming competition. General public still allowed to pay, but not to enjoy. Pretty crowded in the reminder of the place - hardly anything to do for grown ups except for an (as well) crowded hot pool and an aqua lane (swimming not allowed and anyway too hot to do anything in there).
Not enough seating when there is an event and other visitors around as well.
Not even allowed to sit at the outside wall of the hot pool - So its even in the hot water or otherwise better stand outside and try not to take space.
No lockers (apparently under maintenance) - i.e. bags everywhere and no safe storage facility.
Visitors allowed to walk next to the pools wearing their normal shoewear from outside. They clearly didn't invent hygiene at this place.
Might have been ok for event visitors and families with small children in the baby pool - but otherwise - if you want to go for a swim, better drive to Christchurch!

Beautiful & clean facility with good showers & toilets etc. Nice pools for wee ones all the way up to seniors. Just needs a hydroslide & outdoor pools with some outdoor facilities it would be awesome.

The pool is a great addition for the local community.

i think from the moment the spade hit the ground this facility was too small. nowhere to really get a good leisure swim without it being very shallow and heaps of people crashing into you. the lap pool is ok but dont try and go when swim classes are on as most of them are booked out. lazy river is not great it hardly moves so no such thing as floating around you mostly have to push yourself around.
