A bit out of the way with lunatic scooterists on the footpaths and a car park in front of one of the entrances but the Albion still seems like the best place in Parramatta with a huge courtyard that encompasses multiple areas and even had a singer, great friendly staff that stand out from others in Parramatta, and cheaper prices, even for the few good beers. Things get worse later on when groups of 30 book tables and you don't want to even look at those people but still it's so much better than getting drugged at the Collector.

Great family friendly hotel. Food is always excellent and drinks are reasonably priced and a great selection. Would recommend for a nice meal and drinks or dance the night away on Saturday and Sunday nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks team Albies!

Having just had a guided tour of Hambledon Cottage nearby it seemed a convenient place for lunch.
Open Space and covered Bistro and Beer Garden eating area was a welcome sight.
We were shown where to sit, indicated where to order and settled in well.
Meals and drinks were easy to order at Bar.
Bottles of water were available.
Most satisfying.

Was at Albion for a business event. Whoever this “supervisor” is she should not be managing anyone as she abused several others and myself for just trying to order drinks at the bar. She displayed some of the most disgusting language to both males and females in my group. My Some women should just not be in the job.

Horrible. I was sober all night. Was literally driving. Older Woman with the large ponytail cut me off form getting water at the bar and told me I need to stop drinking. I told her I was sober and she told me I was lying. Disgusting brand of people; will not return because of her. Nasty nasty nasty.

The food is excellent. Well made and presented. Prompt service. Super friendly staff. Just the cost of a post mix soft drink is a little pricey.

Showed up there at 9pm. Hadnt had anything to drink. The middle eastern guy with the moustache singled me out and said "ive had too much to drink" absolute joke

The out door table settings are perfect for large or small groups. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was very nicely presented and delicious.

Staff very friendly - you can order from your table on the app except for children’s meals - drinks were delivered to table Also - the menu is not big and for what we got I thought meals were a little expensive- great atmosphere

My partner and I were visiting at the Albion hotel for the first time we excited for our afternoon drinks and having a play on the pokies machine we arrive to a door man who was friendly and made us feel very welcome once we entered the pokey room a young brunette pokey attendant offered us drinks and we asked for a beer and a vodka neat, she responded with a condescending tone which we where puzzled at, she said we could not have white spirits only top shelf brown spirits were available for neat drinks. we were confused but decided that we would have a beer and coca-Cola soft drink instead. she then proceeded to tell the female manager that we drunk slurring our words and stumbling all over the place .we had only been in the premises for not even two minutes and then were asked to leave because of our apparent intoxication it was extremely unnecessary and a complete letdown. We felt discriminated against as we are not from the area, the young pokie attendent had no right to treat us that way. We hadn’t had any alcohol. It was a shame as it was out first year wedding anniversary. Apart from the door guy, the staff where rude and snobby . The manager couldn’t even look us in the eyes, and just rolled her eyes instead. Extreme let down unprofessional and just wrong
