Hello good morning,
We are a family that rented an electric bike from this company last week and our experience was not satisfactory. First of all they left us an ebike that 1.8km broke the pedal and according to the company only had 170km, after moving back to the collection point, they gave us another one of a smaller size and when used two gears jumped from the change and when doing 40km along the greenway the battery under 3 rallitaa of 5. This bike was 620 km. The staff is friendly but there is no maintenance of the equipment, we are experienced cyclists, I say this because we are used to ride several hours for several days, we do not complain for taste, in fact I repair the bikes myself at home. We were delivered the bikes in Santa Pau, electric bikes in perfect condition, we have discovered the entire volcanic area of La Garrotxa. A fantastic experience. Excellent service.

Alquilamos bicicletas todo el día. Muy serios y rápidos.
Hicimos la ruta Amer-St. Feliu d’Hostons. Para ir una suave subida pero de vuelta la suave bajada se agradece.
Imprescindible pararse en la Font Picant (a 2 km saliendo de Amer un desvío de agua). Al lado de la fábrica de Fronter hay una fuente de agua natural gasificada. Buenísima. Recomendable ir con un par de botellas vacías para rellenar y beber en el camino.
Ruta con muy poca dificultad
Hicimos la ruta Amer-St. Feliu d’Hostons. Para ir una suave subida pero de vuelta la suave bajada se agradece.

En 2017 había hecho con Bicicarril la ruta Olot a Girona y fué un autentico placer: Puntuales, serios, buenas bicis, superagradables en el transfer...inmejorable.
Este Agosto 2019 alquilamos las bicis para el tramo Girona-Sant Feliu y las recogimos en un establecimiento colaborador de Bicicarril en Girona. Las bicis estaban sucias y con las ruedas desinchadas. Total que lo primero que tuvimos que hacer es ir a una Gasolinera, con la mala suerte que una de ellas tuvimos que cambiarla, porque tenia un problema en la valvula. Vuelta atras 1,5 kms a pie y el resto del grupo a esperar. Por otra parte la ruta fantástica y recomendable.

Fantastic people and equipment. This is simply a great thing to do in Amer. The route of the old railway runs from Girona to Olot and the miles go by easily on the gentle gradients removed from traffic. Stops are available for snacks and swimming in river pools.

El viernes pasado fuimos hacer una ruta desde Amer para ir a ver unas piscinas naturales. La verdad es que la atención previa por mail con Judith fue perfecta, pero más aún in situ. Estaba a full de trabajo y ella sola y aún con eso, todo fue simpatía y atención.
La primera parada fue el Gorg de Sta. Margarida, un lugar muy bonito e ideal para comer tranquilamente y bañarse con pececillos. Para niños perfecto. La ruta hasta aquí muy buena. 8 km con poca pendiente con lo que se hace muy llevadero.
Segunda parada, el Gorg de Murris. Esta ruta ya es má complicada, sobretodo para niños pequeños como el que llevabamos nosotros de 7 años. Es un camino más complicado y con pendiente. Algunos trozos los tuvimos que hacer con bici en mano por el nene. El lugar no está mal pero esperabamos más de este Gorg. Está sucio y un poco descuidado, aunque tiene un par de rincones muy bonitos.
Cuando acabamos nuestra ruta casi a las 20h de la noche, llamamos a Judith y ahí estaba para recogernos las bicis. Con sonrisa perenne y con muchas ganas de motivar a los ciclistas. Gracias Judith por todo! :)
