We had a great birthday party for my 5 year old. Brook and Emily were very welcoming and always on hand when we needed them. The food choice was amazing. All the kids had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Held our twin granddaughter's fourth birthday party at H over H. As always the staff were exceptional and the service received was wonderful. We must point out the two part hostesses (Julianna and Niamh) really made our little princesses party magical with their enthusiasm and happy demeanour. Thank you girls.

We had our Daughters 5th birthday party here for her and 30 friends. Excellent service and venue.
On arrival we was greeted by our party hosts, Kamilla & Juliana who both couldn’t do enough for us. They literally took care of everything, even helped us load the car back up with all the presents at the end.
Brilliant!

We had my daughter's birthday party here and the staff could not ha e made things easier. They took care of absolutely everything, and even brought a coffee to my husband and I! The party was hosted by AJ, who was fabulous throughout, taking care of everything. The kids had a great time and the other adults were also impressed with the service, the food and the facilities. I hope she chooses Head over Heels for her next party too! Huge thanks to everyone involved in looking after us on the day!

My daughter had an after school party on a Friday and I was extremely impressed from start to finish. It was so well organised and it was a pleasure to have Erin and Niamh host the party. They were fantastic, so smiley and friendly and ensured the party was well looked after - offering to bring over drinks, taking the presents for us, explaining the party order etc. They were brilliant at entertaining the children in the disco room before leading them to the booth area. It was so nice to be able to stand back and actually relax and enjoy the party!
We have always loved Head over Heels and will no doubt return many more times in the future. My daughter has already asked for a party here next year too! Big thank you to the manager Chris too, who always ensures everything runs smoothly and keeps up the high standard of the venue.

We had our girls 6th birthday party here on 25th Jan. Emily hosted it for us as Snow White. All the kids had a great time. The food was good quality too. There are lockers to keep gifts in and these were bagged up for us at the end of the party.
Overall really impressed with the party here. Thank you Emily for making everything run so smoothly.

Can not believe I attempted to try this play centre again, but I did hoping for improvement.
I entered with my 12 week old, 3, and 8.
I was expected to pay £5 for my 12 week old who would be asleep the whole time, and did.
The price for an adult is just short of £5 too, it’s extortionate.
I stayed because my children would have been upset if I left after telling them we were going.
I was obviously with my baby in the pram and my 3 year old went to play who has additional needs and my 8 year old went to watch. The gate was shut on his face for being too old, and my 3 year old continued to cry because he didn’t want to be alone.
Yet I couldn’t take the pram in and had walked to avoid the parking and to get the baby to sleep. So I was not removing the baby.
It resulted in my 8 year old watching the baby whilst the 3 year old came with me. And then we had to swap to let the 8 year old go and myself and 3 year old sat with the baby, so basically half play time.
Also don’t go after school thinking you’ll get your snack or tea there, as you’ll pay ridiculous for a quarter of a sandwich and then get charged on exit for staying over time after supporting their cafe!
The staff are very rude, and have no decent communication skills about them. When I asked if they’d like the door shut on their face they stated I don’t really care. Yet it’s ok to do this on my son!
I really think people need to stop going and supporting this place, it’s fully of bullying staff towards customers. Overpriced entry. And overpriced food.
I will never ever try this place again.

This space is reserved for children aged 0–3 years with adult supervision, and our staff are not permitted to make exceptions without invalidating our insurance.
We're saddened by your comments regarding our team members, who work hard to provide excellent customer service. We would have welcomed the opportunity to address your concerns on the day.
For clarity, we offer unlimited playtime on school days with discounted entry prices and meal deals available. The Stay Longer option applies only on weekends and during school holidays, allowing you to extend your session at a discounted rate. Our menus, available online, feature high-quality ingredients from the best local suppliers, and we take pride in our freshly prepared dishes and the multiple national awards we've won. If you were unhappy with your meal choice, we would have been happy to help.
All pricing and safety information is available on our website to assist parents in planning their visit. We understand that other play centres operate differently, and if you feel another centre might better meet your needs, we respect your decision.

Phoebe and Erin were amazing at hosting our 4 year olds birthday party.
Everything was organised, they were great with the kids and the communication with us was clear and helpful!

Can you take your own cake for the party packages and do adults have to pay to get in when attending a party?

Hi sorry. Adults do not need to pay entry. It's one adult per child. You can take your own cake . Sorry for late reply. I have been away.
