Lovely afternoon tea for a baby shower, such yummy food and lovely staff will deffo be visiting again. Lots of choice with food and plenty of it.

O ce again Bill and Betty's little tea room surpassed our expectations. 8 of us went today for Xmas afternoon tea. Omg. It was truly amazing. Excellent good and excellent service. Thank you xxxx

Best tea room ever

At last. Bill and Betty's open for people to eat inside the tea room. My sister and myself went today after a long year of not being able to sample the delights of this amazing little tea room. Of course we had the afternoon tea ( 2 for £36) and as usual couldn't finish it. The food is still amazing. Great choice of savoury and sweet things. I can never get to the scone and always end up taking things home in goody bag provided by the lovely staff. Refillable tea and no rush at all. Thanks so much to you all.

service delivered to the door

This was a surprise for my 70th birthday during lockdown. The sandwiches were packed with lots of different food and tasted as good as they looked. We had pie, sausage rolls, pizza and crisps. Followed by a lovely creamy cake, scones jam and cream and little brownie cakes. All washed down with bottles of lemonade. All tasted super.
Very well thought out and much appreciated. Definitely will recommend you to friends. You made my birthday special at this time in lockdown. Thanks so much.

Amazingly tasty & fab value takeaway!

During Covid my husband and I have decided to stay home as much as possible. I pre-ordered the Lunchtime Treat Box for 2 People for collection and it was genuinely fab!
Really lovely recyclable packaging with some special touches that made it feel more than just a regular takeaway. My husband had beef & horseradish sandwiches whilst I had falafel veggie wraps - both super fresh and delicious. We also had some savoury veggie pastry treats which were obviously homemade, tasty and fresh. And finally a box of sweet treats such as brownies, blondies and doughnut bites that were also homemade and really fresh (as you can tell the freshness was a big positive!).
We were so made up with the whole experience that we will definitely return. Made a very quiet weekend at home that little bit more special - and we have loads leftover for Sunday too. Thank you!

Plus we’ve previously ordered the takeaway afternoon tea during lockdown for a bday treat and that was awesome - would recommend.

Fabulous afternoon tea for my 60th,the food is delicious,very relaxed atmosphere.
Jayne went out of her way to accommodate a safe Covid secure environment,I would thoroughly recommend Bill and Bettys for an amazing experience.

Amazing food, great value

We asked Bill and Betty's to do us an afternoon tea for 6 people for a mini distanced hen do and could not have been more impressed! I do not usually leave reviews but wanted to support such a great small business during these difficult times.

It was £20pp plus £2.99 delivery which arrived well within the time frame they had given us. The food was absolutely delicious and such good value! There was so much I am still finishing the cakes 5 days on. There was a good selection of savoury and sweet bits, inc multiple sandwiches, savoury pastries, cream tea, cupcake, brownie and a cookie sandwich all with a drink and crisps. I was also incredibly impressed that all the packaging was recyclable and we each got our own box of food with a recyclable plate, cutlery and straw so as to be covid safe. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to cater a party or just to have a sweet treat! Extremely happy customer and will be returning

Top notch Bills Afternoon tea!delicious savouries and banana loaf to die for.Bought a voucher for a friend at Xmas but decided to upgrade from Bettys to Bills afternoon tea.No problem at all from our waitress/owner of the establishment 💙

Fabulous Afternoon Tea!

Recommended to visit and we were not disappointed! From booking and visiting the tea room, the ladies looking after us were fantastic.
One of the best Afternoon Teas I’ve had, and I’ve had a few... my husband decided on the Bill ( sandwich of choice , savoury sides, crisps, grapes, strawberries, cake and scone!) I stuck to the Betty Afternoon Tea... it was simply delicious ... wrap, savoury scone, sandwiches, brioche bun , with cakes and scone with clotted cream and jam! We took our own Prosecco and didn’t have time for the tea 🍵!
Will definitely be back it was delicious, thank you !

Went today for afternoon tea and it was so impressive, first time for me but not the last. The quality was far higher than you would expect from a tea room, give the Ritz a run for their money. Two lovely ladies running it this afternoon. The obviously care what they produce and serve. Atmosphere brilliant
