We were absolute beginners and our instructor Vilhelm was absolutely fantastic. He was patient but enthusiastic and safe. By the 4 day we managed red runs safely. We had to hours in the morning and two in the afternoon for 5 days. All in all an enjoyable experience and we learnt a new skill. We will definitely return and book refresher lessons.

Skied again with this ski school. This time through the office at the trass express lift. A special thankyou to Christian and Christoff for an amazing last day of my trip. Also thanks to Marco and Tom. I can't recommend this this school enough!

I had a great time in the mountains learning to ski for the first time. Ebbe was a perfect teacher, experienced, calm, communicative, open and taking his task serious. He explained how to use ski lifts, gave exercises to control the ski movements better, but also let us ski freely at various slopes. He made some videos to reflect on and improve our skills that was super nice. The week passed so quickly by all the new things I learned and active skiing. Can’t wait for a new week of skiing! Very fine school, friendly a d very professional staff, many instructors from all over, very attentive and friendly. Perfect for all ages and all grades and skills. Bravo! Looking forward to coming back!

I had zero experience in skiing so I have booked 5 days of skiing lessons (22-27th of February 2020). I am so pleased that our instructor was Ebbe. He was calm, clear with instructions on what to do and how. He patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot of them!). He was attentive to every person in the group by giving each individual feedback during the whole time while we were developing our skiing skills. Each lesson was well planned, structured and had a mini-challenge which Ebbe saw that we were already ready to take. It helped us build self-confidence in skiing and inspired us to keep trying and learning. The atmosphere in the group was great as Ebbe was always happy and shared a positive attitude toward the difficult phases of the learning curve, supporting each individually if that was needed at that time. If you like to learn skiing from zero with as minimum additional stress and great progress in your skills - look for Ebbe.

We would highly recommend Ebbe as a skiing instructor. We had the pleasure of 5 days in ski school with Ebbe, he was so patient, informative and kept our classes very interesting and busy. We were all up the mountain on day 3 so delighted with our progress. Hope to go back again next year and will be requesting Ebbe as our ski instructor. Great service.

My two sons booked 2 hours of private snowboard lessons for €180. The instructor, after showing up 15 minutes late, only boarded ahead of them and had them follow him. My oldest repeatedly asked tips and questions and got incomprehensible responses. Not until the last 15 minutes of the two-hour lesson, the instructor didn’t even look at how the boys were doing in order to give specific tips and instructions.
When I complained about this the next morning, the lady behind the desk at their office only commented that they could have another period of instructions. This would have crossed with our plans to go on a few family ski-trips.
No other compensation was proposed - not even an apology!!!!
I’m very sure this school is normally very good. But to me, an organization is defined mainly by how they deal with problems & complaints. How they help their customers when things go less than perfect. In those terms, this school does far below average and far below what can be expected. Very poor show and I would think twice before booking lessons at this skischule.

We had a two hour private lesson (with Henry) and I learned more from a YouTube video after than I did on the lesson. He didn’t even check if we had the right gear or rightly put on. I am a beginner and instructor started lesson by sending me down a slope without explaining how to stop. Obviously I fell badly. Lesson continued much like this - instructor didn’t take into consideration that I was a beginner. Didn’t even show me how to use the little ski lift properly. He didn’t cover any technique such as body position, turning, what to do if lose control , nothing like that. In the end I was more terrified after the lesson than before. Would not recommend

I joined a group for 1 day mid week. Instructor was nice and knows his stuff, but more care could have been taken slotting me into a group. We were a group of 10. I want to improve my technique, but didn't get a lot of value from the day because I really needed to be in a group or 2 higher than I was put in. I did ask to change mid morning, but a suitable group wasn't close by by then. We did get to just ski down some runs in the afternoon so I was able to ski at my pace a bit more so that was better.
