Now this is a genuine hike for nature lovers. No guided path so makes it all the more likeable and slightly pathfinding adventure. Closes by 4 PM so please visit earlier than that. A decently steep height with 400 ft+ elevation. There are no joints and all near by so please pack hydration and some snacks. A scenic place by all dictionary definitions.
Must visit in late monsoons or early winters as I guess summers might be a bit harsh.

Best time to go is in the afternoon so you can watch the sunset and the weather is cooler. On a clear day the malabar coast can be seen in the distance. You will have to park your vehicle about 500 metres from the viewpoint and walk since the forest department does not allow vehicles inside.

This beautiful hill is 1.5 km from Chelavara falls. There is sufficient parking space where road ends. There are two hills when you start trekking, left one is easy to trek but right one will be difficult. View from above is simply awesome.
Please make sure to keep water bottle before starting trek.
