We simply came across this place by looking on line, and was surprised that in Thailand there is only 3 or 4 lawn bowling greens, and in Phuket this is the only one. Our hotel was in Cape Panwa and after communicating with others found out that they do general public roll ups on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays afternoons from 2pm whilst the club itself is open to members, and friends from 10am every morning until closing time. we duly arrived at the club about an hour earlier than the 2pm, and was offered a drink from the bar, and just talked to the lady owner until others started to arrive. There are many expat Australians, and a few other nationals who use the club. they charge Baht 350.00 each to play, and for that you can borrow bowls, towels, cloths etc. basically they tended to play 10 ends on the 4 rink green, and after a small break then they have a play off to find the eventual winner(s) meaning that everybody plays at least 2 x 10 ends. It is great fun. The drink prices are much the same as you pay elsewhere. At the end of the games then they tended to put some snacks on the bar that some of the regulars bring, and these are free to everybody. We stayed in Phuket for a month, and visited the bowling club the 4 Friday's we were on holiday
