In Depth Walking Tours Done Right

I joined a walking tour focusing on the Ghost Month celebrations that Keelung is especially known for. The team and Keelung for a Walk are designing and operating really detailed tours, as well as curating exhibitions and conducting research. We were there during the ghost festival month. They toured us around on a walking tour-hike on the mountains on the different recently discovered stations during the war. And they showed us around and we saw the "pudu" ceremonies and the good places to eat. Very interactive. Good english tours.

Fascinating excursion to fish market

Keelung is a port city. During the day, the fish market is shut tight. At around midnight, the roller doors go up and the day's catch is unloaded. On the covered pavements outside shop doors, small groups of people squat as they sort the catch by freshness and size. Fish of all kinds are lined up at shop doors, ready for sale to the highest bidder. By 5:00am, it's all over. This is a truly fascinating midnight excursion.

A nice tour without which I had never gotten the chance to see the hidden treasures of Keelung. Learned a lot about the city's his,tory, character and unique vibes. My personal favorite's were the cave as well as the fishing port. It was amazing to see how much foreign powers (i.e. Japan) shaped the city of Keelung in Taiwan.

原本對田寮河印象並不深刻，仔細探索才發現河岸兩邊充滿各種驚喜與風景，很喜歡這樣的深度導覽，對基隆田寮河又更加一層的認識，很值得的活動。

雨都漫步 KeeLung For A Walk let me see different Keelong! Their service are conducted in English and Madarin both. Due to COV-19, international travellers couldn't come to Keelung, happily more and more locals and young gens enjoyed the cultural tour. What also amazed us is a place of Archeology with Spanish, Dutch, Aboriginal history 很棒的深度文化之旅！原來在基隆走一走就不小心走過很多歴史文化 😉😁 給小朋友更了解自己的地方
