This is a JP-affiliated commercial building adjacent to Hakata Station. Marui Co., Ltd. is the core tenant on the first floor, and on weekends there was a queue to enter the store even before it opened. In addition, there were many restaurants and other businesses, and some stores were crowded due to their convenient location near the station.

KITTE Hakata is connected to JR Hakata Station and is a large commercial facility operated by Japan Post. The simple post office in the past is no longer seen, but I admire their business acumen. However, the store's investment is still a bit deserted, and it is not more attractive than Hankyu and Amu Plaza next door. However, some restaurants in B1 are open until midnight and are very popular. Highlights.

This facility is adjacent to JR Hakata Station and is always crowded with people. There are many shops and restaurants inside the facility, making it easy for tourists to use. It is especially crowded during lunch time, and I had to stand for 20 minutes until I got to the waiting room, and then wait another 20 minutes after ordering, so I recommend deciding on a restaurant to go to and going there at a different time.

KITTE HAKATA is a large commercial building just beside the JR Hakata station. The building with 11 stories above ground and 1 basement houses various kinds of restaurants, Fast Food chains, bakeries, coffee shops, Izakaya & drinking place.. We especially love the eateries at B1 and always dropped by breakfast or meals. Kayu San Chin, Kitte 粥餐庁, Ringer Hut & Tully are our favourites. Part of the basement links to the JR tickets office so there’s always stream of crowd.
To us it looked more a boutique shopping, with many local Japanese brands. A real pity that Fukuoka Hard Rock has closed permanently since 2 yrs back. . We were always here when in town and just loved the (Fukuoka) T-short and sure to buy lotsa..
From Nov till Jan the open space outside JR Hakata sta will be turned into the large Xmas celebration area, and Kitte forms a major part of it. Very happening!

博多駅の西側の出口である博多口を出て左手にあります。名称からわかるとおり、日本郵政系の商業施設で、中核テナントとしてマルイが入っています。そのせいか結構安価なチェーン系のお店もありますが、飲食手はそこそこ豊富なのは利用しやすいポイントだと思います。

JR博多駅と直結している商業ビルです。飲食店も多くあり、空腹時には迷ってしまいますね。またビル前に有るハート型のポスト、可愛いと思います。
