You need to drive through Zion’s entry and about a mile in, you’ll have to have an access code to get onto the scenic parkway. Put in your code. They are across from the Zion Ranch Hotel on the left. They should send you a parking pass as well as a code to get into the scenic drive area.

Hi Yes I doubt you would walk the route they take you. I think it is actually just for the horses. you get a lot of history by the cowboy along the way It was awesome

Hi, I wonder if you are confusing this with another ranch. The review I posted is for Zion Canyon Trail Rides which is directly located within Zion National Park at shuttle stop 5 (I think.) This is just a "nose to tail" normal horseback ride with mainly walking. I was able to trot some. The scenery was beautiful. The other ranch is outside of Zion National Park and it is called Jacobs Ranch - Zion Canyon Trail Rides. Watch the web sites carefully. The Jacobs Ranch sounded nice because you can canter and I am an advanced rider, so that appealed to me, but I called and spoke to the owner and it is basically an all day affair. They take you and do some lessons first and safety instructions etc to get you used to your horse. I did not want to spend 8 hours there so I chose the other route. Hope this helps.

I made reservations online. They have a website, I googled Zion canyon trail rides, picked the one that rides in Zion, Bryce and the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

$90 wellworth it.
