This property is listed on travel sites such as Expedia, VRBO, and several others as: Steps2Beach~GulfView~Pool~3BR Palm Beach Club 235
I just stayed there this past weekend (9 to 13 March 2023) and the main feature of the balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was the main reason I selected this property when booking. Unfortunately, to my disappointment upon arriving, I learned that the balconies have not been operational for 3 months and will remain in a state of non-use for approximately 6 more months. This was never disclosed at the time of booking and photos listed on the website do not depict this.
The photos on travel websites for this property should be updated to show that the balconies are inaccessible and the current condition of them while construction is taking place. I have plenty of photos to share that depicts what the balcony looks like in reality, to include being awoken at 8:00am with construction workers on the master bedrooms balcony. There were also construction workers outside the plate glass window for the master bathroom, which prevented privacy when using the toilet or shower. I contacted the property management group and of course was informed that in the very small print of the conditions of rental they placed a statement that there was general construction taking place on site. At no time did they divulge that areas of the property paid for would be off-limits and that your space would be intruded on by construction workers.

I did not go. I gifted a night for my daughter who was in grief for a family loss. She was disappointed. Be aware that both the Hilton and the Holiday Inn have construction noise and the Hilton's pool is closed all together.

This was the whitest, softest, sugary beach I have ever been to. Being Febuary it was quiet. We were able to enjoy walking the beach searching for shells by ourselves at times. The restaurants were open so we were able to just stop and have a beer or food without any wait. A must see if you like beaches.

If you want to see the whitest sand, blue/green clear water, clean, perfect sunsets, perfect relaxing, clean air, beautiful shells, opportunity to soak up the sunshine and fall asleep to the sound of the waves of the ocean, escape to paradise then here is where you need to be.

The sand on Pensacola beach is very white, and fine like powdered sugar. The warm water, is inviting and beautiful. Gently slopping shores make entering and exiting the water easy for children and adults! Come here to let your cares disappear.

We took a family vacation to Pensacola. The beach was magnificent! The sunsets were amazing! We really enjoyed it!

I hate to say too much positive about Pensacola Beach, as I'm afraid more people will go there. :) White sand, good food, cold drinks; what's not to like. We will go back.

Beautiful sugar white sand . Not too busy being off season. Easy access to the beach from many areas. Parking and bathrooms were easy to find. The beach was clean and felt safe.

Best part of our road trip to Pensacola Beach was after check in and getting to our hotel room I threw my car keys on the table, and did NOT pick them back up until our vacation was over. You can walk to everything ! Restaurants, liquor store, shops. We stayed at the Hilton and loved it, the Holiday Inn next door has an awesome lazy river. All the hotels looked fantastic. The food is amazing and filled with fresh seafood. Sugar white sand and the emerald water were welcoming. I have stayed in Destin, Fort Walton, and Panama City Beach, but Pensacola is my new jewel.

The white sand beaches were very serene and there are plenty of beachfront space to basically have your own private little area just depending on what your looking for.
