God Bless You both! :-) Captain Bob has plenty of life preservers if you choose to wear them. The 14 year olds will be fine on the boat. We mostly stay in the bay where relatively calm and at times have gone out into the channel and the ocean side where it is still fine. if weather/winds become a factor, Bob wont take you out or will push it off a few hours till the winds die down. Our last trip was supposed to go out at 7 AM. winds made it tough so he proposed going at 11 and there were 0 winds on the bay when we went. In terms of the 10 month old, that might be tough with the space to move and the cradle/car seat you might have the child in. Call Bob directly and he can give you options if he feels its not safe.
