We are a beekeeping business based in The New Forest in the South of England. We produce exceptional quality single origin honey, and provide beekeeping experiences, from our 25 acre woodland wildlife conservation area. We take great care and pride in looking after our bees in a way that is in harmony with the bees natural behaviour.

The bee-keeping experience run by the Noble Bee team was excellent in every way. Simon and Chloe were really knowledge about bee-keeping and their love of bees shone through everything they said and did. I learnt so much about this amazing little insect, and was fascinated (and initially a little apprehensive) about inspecting a hive full of around 70,000 bees! We had a delicious lunch, and then learnt how to make bees wax candles. All this happened in a lovely sunny wooded glade and then we went home with a goody bag. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Okay, so it has taken me two months to write this review.
Why? I have spent so long telling my friends and family about it, I haven’t had time.
Now it is time to unleash my views on the world.
Simple.
Fantastic. It was one of those very rare days where I was spell bound from beginning to end. Simon was able to put across information in such a way I felt I wasn’t being lectured in any way. He spoke knowledgeably and without umming and erring. Chloe was a very able assistant and Mum prepared a superb lunch. When I saw the platters I thought it was for four but no, it was each.
I now see bees in a different light and have started to put an emphasis on blue in my garden.
I really cannot speak too highly of my day out and Simons dedication to his craft is so infectious, it will make you think twice about swatting a bee and about buying honey from a supermarket.
Long live The Noble Bee.

We've long been fans of the Noble Bee honey, and recently went to their Bee-keeping Experience. It was a great day out, led by Simon and Jill. There was never a dull moment, and you feel well looked after. We got a tour of the farm, tasted different types of honey, got to put on the full suit get-up, opened up the hives and had lunch provided outside. Couldn't recommend it more, we loved it

This fabulous day was a birthday gift from my daughter, who accompanied me.
It was a beautifully sunny day, filled with joy and laughter.
Our hosts Simon and Jill were informative, helpful and utterly charming.
I had not expected it to be so hands on and immersive, but was so glad that it was.
We were guided step by step through the process of handling the hive, and I was utterly delighted to get so close to the bees.
The lunch was beyond our expectations and the whole experience was positive and educational.
I would recommend it to everyone.

We had a great time at the bee keeping experience day and would recommend it without a doubt!
Simon and Chloe were very welcoming and friendly. Their knowledge and love for what they do drew us in even more and the day was very informative.
Every element of the day was spot on and the smaller group size made the experience much more personable. The facilities were great and was what included in the day went beyond our expectations. It was amazing to be able to get so hands on with the hive, taste so many honeys, make candles then enjoy a generous lunch!
This day was well worth it and great value for money in our opinions!

We had a such lovely day! Simon and Chloe were really warm and welcoming, and very clearly love what they do.
The whole experience was relaxed and friendly, but still very informative. Simon taught us a lot about bees and made sure we had all the information we needed to confidently open up and look inside a hive independently. Each couple/group was allocated their own hive, making it a really hands on experience and we were given plenty of time to spend with the bees! Simon was around to supervise and answer any questions we had, and also kindly took photos throughout the day, so we can look back on the experience.
The honey tasting, lunch, candle-making and goody bag were all lovely additions that made this beekeeping experience day stand out from the others for us when we booked. They made the day even more special, and were a good opportunity to get to know Simon, Chloe and the other attendees a little better.
Overall, we are so glad we opted for The Noble Bee's experience day. Being a small family-run business gave it a much more personal touch, and the fairly small group size made everything more relaxed, as it meant there was plenty of time to chat and ask questions. Chloe and Simon's warmth and enthusiasm made us feel right at home on Furzedown Farm, and made for a very peaceful and memorable day out that exceeded our (already high) expectations! We would highly recommend it to anyone, and hope to be able to visit again someday!

Recently took part in one of the beekeeping days as part of a short break in the New Forest area. It looked to be a really good experience online so we were looking forward to it before hand. Somehow is was even better than we expected!
Unlike other beekeeping experiences we looked at this one offers actual hands-on interactions with a bee hive, as opposed to just watching. We were guided through a hive inspection at a relaxed pace. On top of this, conservation and the wellbeing of the bees was rightful a focus and point of discussion.
Simon and Chloe from The Noble Bee were friendly and welcoming to all the guests, sharing their knowledge and love of bees with us all. The area where it takes place is lovely too, so green and peaceful. We were also provided with a fantastic spread of food for lunch that included fresh bread and cheeses. As well as there being plenty of honeys from around the world for us to taste.
Would highly recommend this to anyone interested in bee or beekeeping, or anyone who is traveling to the area... and even those who aren't (I met people who had travelled down from the Midlands just to do this experience and it was worth it!)

What a magical Day ! I brought this Bee keeper Experience day for my husbands birthday. He was reluctant to do it on his own so I managed to secure an extra place for myself. I am so thrilled I did as I absolutely loved it. I had a limited knowledge on the subject having read some novels over the last few years that revolved around hives and bee keeping, I knew I’d enjoy the day but I didn’t realise how much.
Both Simon and Chloe who were running the day were welcoming and friendly throughout.
The whole day was so interesting, and informative, and delivered in such a relaxed manner, it put everyone at ease and made it so easy to ask questions as we went along. The setting is gorgeous, sitting in a clearing by a pond surrounded by trees. All the small touches from lovely flowers on the picnic benches, to a sumptuous ploughman’s for lunch served on wooden platters, as much tea & coffee & water as we wanted, made the experience so much more enjoyable. The ambience of bird song in the background and even a frog hopping along the woodland path on our way back was great. Obviously the hands on experience at the hives was the best bit. Simon explained every process to open up one of the hives and use the beekeepers tools correctly, and how to smoke the bees so as not to agitate them whilst he showed us the various parts of the honey bees home.
I don’t normally like honey and never eat it at home, but the taster session changed my mind and we went home with a jar of New forest noble bee honey that I will be joining my husband eating it. Now we know the effort involved in its natural production it makes you appreciate it so much more.
We would both recommend this day as a must and one to not only do if your local to the area but it’s worth travelling from much further afield. I haven’t enjoyed a day so much in ages.
