Such a lovely place all volunteers very friendly and tell you anything you want to know about the birds, they do have donation buckets there to help with the upkeep

Had a lovely stroll around the park. Lovely range of birds. All come to say hello. Lovely space for them. A great range of birds from little owls to hawks. Ask was a cutie and the snowies. Really lovely bit if land and a lovely gift shop. Very knowledgeable staff. The little goats too are very cute. Great atmosphere up there. Easy to get to and free. You should be proud of a great place

What a great experience. A wide range of birds to see at the sanctuary. The staff are knowledgeable about the birds and there are information signs outside all the enclosures. If you have questions about the birds, do ask the staff. Suitable for all ages as there is something for everyone. Which bird will be your favourite?
The path is uneven in places so need to consider this if needing to use a wheelchair or pushchair - all areas are accessible for both but not a easy push in places. Still worth a visit.
Please note there are no toilets at the site.

Please please visit and support this place. It is completely volunteer run and survives on donations as it is completely free to get in. Most if not all the birds here are rescued and some will need to be cared for all their lives, as they can no longer survive in the wild. These people do a fantastic job proved by the fact that every pair of barn owls we saw there were nesting with eggs. Oscar and Zulu had a clutch of 4. We spent a lovely morning here in a peaceful woodland setting. Thank you for all your brilliant work with these beautiful birds.🦉

Went there today . Staff are very friendly and informative . One of the staff had a large eagle owl on his arm which you could even stroke if your brave enough. Just remember if you visit that all the staff are volunteers so i give my respect to them all . Big thanks to the gentleman who showed us the eagle owl and answered all my questions. Its funded by donations so please give a donaton before leaving .

Beware it closes at 2pm despite what it says on website and trip advisor. Very difficult to find and I left with a very disappointed family as the information is incorrect

Bigger cages for the birds....more flying space etc. Good variety of owls and falcons.

Its free, but please use the boxes to donate towards the upkeep of this small sanctuary run by dedicated friendly staff. Its a great place for everyone, young and old to get 'up close and personal' with beautiful Owls and Eagles! It needs more of us to go and give it our support, then it can only get better, so please go and have a great time!

went 10.30 today.loads and loads of birds.very friendley.it was the wifes birthday so they rested owls on her arm amd made her day.could do with a good cash injection as the whole site is build out of wood.ne cages being erected so will great for the birds.will have to wait for a lottery win to help them out.sat nav takes you al round the housing estates so very confusing from the north area.
