Do not book with them. We booked an excursion and we were told we’d be contacted to let us know if we’d be picked up at 7:00 or 8:00. We messaged the night before asking what time we’d get picked up and he said he was heading to the office and would let us know. We did not hear back so we waited for 1-1/2 hours at the pick-up location. No one picked us up. We saw the person who sold us the excursion and received no apology. He told us the park called and said they were closed - no big deal we can just book for tomorrow. I told him it was a big deal and I wanted a refund. It took until very late in the day to get the refund, but we did not get a total refund due to taxes.

We hired 2 excursions with this agency... to call them in some way. We had contacted Nuria directly. Very good words, but organization 0. They are neither in charge of the excursion nor responsible for anything.
1@ Samana. In the first one we stayed at the door waiting for them to pick us up. They had not checked, or yes, they could not enter the resort. Fortunately, a taxi from another excursion took us to the barrier, I think out of shame of seeing us there. They didn't even say good morning to us when we got into the van, nor did they ask us for our name. They released us in a kind of shopping center without any indication, just that we should wait. We didn't even know where we were. At no time did they ask us for our receipt or our name. They put us in another van. First of all, yes, then we had to get off. Another change. On the website it says that they give you a small snack for breakfast because the excursion begins 6.30 in the morning. Lie. We didn't eat anything until 2. The tour guide had no idea about any snacks.
2nd excursion. SAONA.Pick up at the door and on time. This time they did ask us for a reservation ticket and name. A super friendly and polite guy. It seemed like he had promise. They dropped us off at a gas station, they had already explained it to us on the way. Good. We get on a bus and ta ta chan!!! AN HOUR AND A HALF CLOCK inside waiting. Without any explanation. We later found out that other tourists had been dropped off at a hotel without being picked up. Does it sound true to you?
Since we lost an hour and a half in leaving and another in changing boats because they had made a mistake, we arrived late and were on the island for 1/2 hour to swim. Return by catamaran, great trip back and surprise upon arrival, we spent another hour waiting, why not? There were boats. The result was that we neither stopped at a market nor at the cocoa factory that we had been told about.
A disaster. We spoke to this lady to make a complaint. We have written it on WhatsApp but the response is null. Not recommended at all.

DON’T USE THEM. They are unreliable and overpriced ($70 dollars per person). Other tourists on the same boat with transportation provided and breakfast paid $50. We had an awful experience with Weiler last weekend. Nuria (Weiler agent) provided the wrong location, did not even provided an actual address for the meeting point to take the catamaran to Catalina Island. With the help of a Good Samaritan we finally got to the right place, no one knew the names provided by Nuria, our tour guide manolin or Alessandro never showed up. After several calls to Nuria she said that Alessandro was not going to show up. We had to ask a tour guide from a different company to obtain information. We got on the boat with no information basically just following the people from a different tour company. We felt lost. If there was a minus star rate I would have given it to Weiler because of the lack of professionalism and absence of service.

Realizamos dos excursiones con ellos en Punta Cana y, a toro pasado, todo genial. Sin embargo, como aspecto negativo diría que el hecho de que te recoja una furgoneta con el nombre de otra empresa da bastante desconfianza (nos enteramos de esto 5 minutos antes de montar) y qué decir cuando te dicen en una gasolinera que te bajes y que esperes a otro autobús o que te va a pasar un taxi a recoger... Se agradecería que se informe de todo el viaje ( empresa de transporte, transbordos, nombres de los guías...) con antelación para que la gente no se lleve sobresaltos. En nuestra opinión que dentro de cada vehículo fuese alguien de la empresa estaría bien para dar seguridad y confianza al cliente. Repito, por lo demás, todo perfecto y muy buen trato. Nuria muy atenta y preocupada por sus clientes.

Excelentes profesionales, sobre todo Nuria, con la que tratamos directamente. Excursiones muy bien organizadas, puntuales y muy muy formales, cosa que en este destino es excepcional. La atención al cliente es magnífica y solventan cualquier incidencia o duda antes, durante y después de la excursión. Viajamos con dos niños de 7 y 10 años y la excursión de baño con delfines los dejo alucinados. En la excursión a saona nos trataron de película. Gracias por todo.

Supuestamente contratamos con ellos la excursión a Isla Catalina para hacer 2 inmersiones, la sorpresa fué cuando nos recogió una furgoneta con el nombre NAUTILUS, la explicación de ellos es que son los que le dan servicio de buceo con instructores, lo extraño es que no he visto ningún comentario con sus nombres... Alessandro y Vidal...(no tenemos queja de ellos) Sinceramente me esperaba más de las inmersiones donde creo que se le podría haber sacado más partido, The Wall y Aquarium... He de decir que he buscado Nautilus y ellos también trabajan a parte, sin mediación de Weiler...

He viajado mucho y cuando veo algo que tiene buena calidad ,lo reconozco. Esta empresa me ha proporcionado un muy buen servicio de calidad, personalizado y me ha dado la atención y la seguridad que necesitaba en mi luna de miel durante 11 días en Republica Dominicana.
Meticulosos y cuidadosos con el servicio que ofrecen.

Hola estamos llegando el 22/04 somos dos adultos y un niño de 11 años ( nuestro nieto ) quisiéramos hacer la exurcion a Isla Saona,me podría decir si nos buscan por nuestro hotel (Hard Rock hotel y casino) y cuanto nos sale,por que queríamos comprarlas antes de ir,espero su respuesta Muchas gracias

con todos los requisitos que solicita Ministerio de Turismo de República Dominicana. Es muy conocida en la zona de Bavaro - Punta Cana, son serios y cumplen con todo lo que dicen.
100% confiable.
