It's unfortunate it does cause problems, it's to difficult to know where you are in St Lucia, few people take notice of road names, you have to explain to taxi drives it's Pigeon Island the beach on the left before you get to the Fort, head for Sandals Grande stone pillars. Points I would like to discuss incorrect facts: 1 - You didn't book months in advance, booking date 8th April, which was one month in advance. 2 - When your children went up together the weather conditions were fine, by the time we came to parasail you and your husband the wind completely changed, this is the difficulty with nature. Most people understand that our advice is due to 20 years experience in this business we offered to parasail you one at a time you did not want this, you became unpleasant and abusive to staff. All details are on our website we never take chances with people's lives our safety procedures are exemplary, please note customers can only book online! In conclusion your children went parasailing and you enjoyed the jet skis so why madam did you write such a poor review, is it because you were told it was unsafe to go parasailing with your husband! What an awkward and difficult person you are, you embarrassed your family and now trying to discredit our business! Where do you want me to send the refund?

We are concerned about your remarks: We accommodated you in several different ways- 1- You made a mistake on the booking, having booked the wrong day, I changed the booking for the following day without any problem. 2- As instructed you should have gone to Pigeon Point this was on the booking confirmation you were in the wrong location we were called by a local vendor to come and get you at Bay Gardens beach hence we went out of our way to pick you up by boat at Reduit beach, I appreciate you wouldn't know one beach from another but you were taken to the wrong location. We could have asked you to get another taxi to our location but decided this would not be fair to you. 3-To say we are inexperienced is completely untrue we have been parasailing for over 25 years. I spoke to both captain and all our other staff and they have no recollection of the event in which you describe being hurt, you made up a story which was malicious and unkind there were no bruises on your arms, or thighs. One other thing when you are parasailing and you are being winched in there is only one speed, to say we were bringing you in too fast is complete nonsense. We are honest and professional operators, as you did not enjoy parasailing with us I can offer you a full refund. In conclusion your negative remarks were unfair and damaging if you were so unhappy why did you tip? Please note when you book a tour online read the information properly as booking the wrong day turning up at the wrong beach at the wrong time is truly stressful for all operators.
