I emailed the owner and confirmed pick up of two people to be taken to the airport on Sunday April 9. I received an email back to ask that we be outside and ready to go at 11am. We were outside and ready to go at 10:55am. At 11:29am we were still outside waiting to be picked up for the airport…… taxi never showed.
No call or email from the company, no explanation as to why they never picked us up. Will use another company when we are next in Grace Bay.

Reuben was our man last week. I recommend him highly. Great guy. Kind. Friendly. So responsible and responsive. He was always on time and texted us when he was on his way. Super service and an asset to his beloved island. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇹🇨

Reuben is a fun kind individual who does his best to meet his customers expectations. We enjoyed his positive nature very much. We would likely use him again for future travels. His prices beat most that we researched. A tip—you must be flexible as some days he is stretched thin. As long as you can allow for 15-20 min in your timeline then no worries—suggest you communicate with WhatsApp and a follow up call day of for daily excursions. Most trips he was on time or within 10-15 minutes of set appt—he did have others pick us up which was no problem accept the fact that he failed to let us know. Emphasize when you Can’t be late and he will not let you down.

Reuben was very helpful and friendly for our first time at TCI. He helped us with recommending places to visit and eat as well as quick service when we needed him to come by and get us. We will be using him again when we visit the island! I would totally recommend him!

Reuben was excellent! We found ourselves stranded after our rental car was cancelled during a very busy week on the island. A local business set up up with Reuben. He was very kind and attentive. He already had several customers that week, but squeezed us in and got us where we needed to go! I recommend using his services for a carefree visit. You won’t need to worry about driving at night or after having a few drinks!!!

We recently went on a family trip to TCI - 19 people. My aunt recommended using Reuben to drive us around the island to our destinations for the week. Reuben provided excellent service and knew exactly where we wanted to go. Some of the day trips we took on the island, we didn't bring cell phones and we just told him what time we wanted to be picked up - and he was always there. We cannot say enough good things about Reuben. His prices were also very reasonable! If you are looking for a cost effective way to tour the island, Reuben is your guy!

Reuben is a great guy and got us where we needed to go no problem. He is friendly and knows everything about the island. Everyone knows him so if you just say you are waitiing for/looking for Reuben, they will know how to find him.

I was recently in Turks and Caicos solo for about a week and I had the most amazing experience, and that was greatly due to Reuben, the amazing driver I had all week! I called him before my trip and explained I was too scared to drive while out there and he presented me with a great package for the whole time I was there which included transport to and from the airport and transport wherever I wanted while on the island. This made my trip super stress-free and convenient. Yes transportation on the island was great, but Reuben made it an even better experience by being an amazing, sweet, and friendly person. It was so great to feel safe and comfortable especially considering I was a small solo female traveler. He is a great conversationalist, making me feel at ease and allowing me to learn a lot about him and the amazing island I was visiting. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I’m so grateful I decided to reach out to this company for transportation! I will recommend Reuben to everybody I can! I’ve already recommended him once, and I’m still currently on my way back home. I can’t wait to be back! Thank you so much Reuben!! You’re the best!

If you don’t want to rent a car and need transportation, Ruben is your person! I can’t say enough good things about Ruben. He was more than our driver. He was our tour guide and now our friend.

My family of 11 visited Turks and Caicos this past week and we were luckily introduced to Reuben on the first day of our trip. Reuben was amazing! He got us to all of our dinner reservations and to and from the airport safely, timely and with a huge smile on his face. He even made a special trip to the liquor store for us when asked, and by the end of the trip, joined us for lunch! Thank you, Reuben, for your kind heart and exceptional service. You truly made our trip seamless and special, and we can't wait to come back again to visit.

When booking a reservation with Reuben, do you pay at the time of booking? Or after you have received the transfer?

Manda 19@, you can pay either when booking your reservations or by cash after receiving transfer. Whatever your choice, we try our best to make your visit most enjoyable. In all honesty, if our clients are not satisfied we either dont accept payment or refund any unused portion. This has happened only twice in five years. At the end of the day, we all work to maintain a safe and friendly atmosphere for our visitors.
