Dear Kirsty B Thank you for your concerns, however we are able to confirm none of your claims are correct and very much the opposite, yes we did have to close for an unexpected couple of days due to a major flood and water leak which affected your spa escape with us, however we managed to get repairs done and open back up within a short period of time. We did during this event contact all clients by either telephone, email or text to inform about the situation. If you would like to give us a call we would be more than happy to reimburse the money for your treatments. Thank you for your sympathy in what was a difficult couple of days and as said before our sincere apologies to all of our understanding clients. Klasse is very much open and trading back as usual.
