Si vas en plan de cotorrear con amigos tomandoncafe está excelente, la ambientación e instalaciones. Si vas en plan de comer...la cocina deja mucho que desear, no hay cervezas ni platillos del menú. La comida es promedio, nada especial.

Cuenta con una buena variedad de cervezas nacionales y artesanales, la vista de la terraza es muy buena, en el cine se exhiben algunas películas de culto.
La comida es buena, pero bastante cara y las porciones son muy pequeñas, mala opción si tienes hambre.

Although Cine Tonala had only been open for five months when we dined here, it already was established as a popular and fun destination for both locals and visitors. It combines a movie theatre, full bar, fine dining and live music. The restaurant is on a rooftop terrace with an open kitchen, where delicious meals are prepared, and a screen where muted movies are projected as part of the ambiance. (We didn't attend a movie in the downstairs theater, but I was told that they feature classic, independent and international films. And, in addition to drinks and gourmet food, they also sell popcorn.) It was a Thursday night and the jazz trio that played was excellent. We arrived around 8 pm, and by the time we finished an exceptional dinner, the restaurant was filled with late night diners. Cine Tonala promises to become a pillar of the new
creative culinary scene that is blossoming in Tijuana.

Es una terraza con vista a los edificios céntricos en tijuana donde existe un ambiente urbano moderno y puedes tomas vino o cerveza, la atención de los meseros es buena pero la comida mala los precios normales.

This is a great place to get something good to eat and watch a good movie. This facility is three floors with a bar and movie theater on the first floor. The second floor has a balcony and enclosed area which is a good to relax, study or just get a good view to people watch on Revolution well having an alcoholic beverage or coffee. The third floor is a restaurant with some good food from seafood to bistro type menu. They show old movies by projection in the restaurant with subtitles in Spanish while music plays in the background. This place is a good place to just hang out even if you don't go to the movies. The movies they show in the theatre are independent films from across the world. If they're not Spanish, they will be in Spanish subtitles. It's a nice change of pace if you want to go out for some good food, see a foreign film and get your culture on.
