Susanna and David were a great team. Susanna was fun and had great knowledge of the city and brought us to some fun places. We also got some good deals on shopping.

Mazatlan City & Copala Tours

We did the Mazatlán City Tour and the Copala Tour. Both tours were well worth the (minimal) expense and the time. We had Eduardo as a guide for the City Tour and Roberto for Copala. Both were very knowledgeable and engaging, making it even more with it. I highly recommend both tours!!

Roberto and our driver were fabulous!!!! The Copala tour all day was so very informative and interesting. Our guide, Roberto, and our driver looked after us constantly, paying particular attention to those of us with a little mobility impairment. Roberto's humour was delightful!!!! Well worth the cost. Highly recommended!!!

Failed expectations

This tour does not deliver what it promises
1) very long uncomfortable drive
2) menu at restaurant not allowed to choose what to eat
3) Tour guide was eating before we were served
4) did not get to ride cable cars
5) no waterfalls
6) seemed like we were behind schedule all day and rushing
7) even though the van driver dropped us off for lunch and was by himself for over an hour had to stop for fuel before returning
8) tour guide constantly mentioning his need to be tipped
9) cold
10) unsanitary washrooms on the stops driving to and from
I highly do not recommend this trip

Tequila tour the good bad and reasons people didn’t tip

The tequila portion of the tour was informative and what we expected. Had they stopped with that it would have been perfect. The bad part is Suzanne gives a long talk about lunch. Then orders it and tells everyone on the bus they owe $20 each. Don’t let her push you around the lunch is in a dirty place and should be left out. The town part of the tour was more of a waste of time also. Then at the end the driver was speeding and passing many cars on a narrow road. It’s to bad. Had it just been the tequila factory and a safe ride back this would
Be a great tour. Don’t fall for Suzanne’s restaurant BS and we’re your seatbelt incase the driver has an accident. Suzanne. This is what cost you your tips at the end of the day

Mazatlan express city tour

Susanna and Victor were the absolute best. Victor was great behind the wheel even when some of the traffic was crazier than we were used to be made it seem easy. Susanna was an awesome guide. Her English was the best we've come across in our visit here. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the trip and more than ready to discuss other facets of Mexico and life in the area. This was an excellent tour with a great pace, would definitely recommend to anyone coming to mazatlan.

Vista Tours - Susanna rules!

Our tour guide was SUSANNA and our driver was David. I didn’t interact with David a whole lot, but he was polite and took care to assist everyone on and off the van. There were 8 of us tourists.
Susanna was wild! In a great way. She was loud and funny and really interacted with us. She has genuine love for Mazatlán and México and her stories were heartfelt.
My favorite part was the Mercado and I bought a dress and yummy dried mango.
I really, really liked Susanna.

Susana Uribe, our tour guide was excellent! Lots of historical knowledge and humor too! Since a fun tour today. Go see it for yourself when you visit Mazatlan! David our shuttle driver was awesome!

Suzanne was an excellent tour guide! Outgoing, fun; chock full of the city's history and current expansion plans. This is my first tour of Mazatlan after a dozen visits. I learned more today than I've ever known.
