Amazing! So easy to arrange. They communicated very well. Ticket was emailed to me promptly. Loved the detailed directions about how to get through the timeshare tricksters and where to meet your agent - even noting the khaki pants and purple shirt. So so helpful!! Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience on our Mountain Canopy tour. So much fun, lots of thrills for my teens and very safe.
Deysi at the tour office went above and beyond making sure we got to our spot after our cruise ship did not arrive until after the time we were supposed to meet for our shuttle. Deysi called to help us make alternative arrangements and ensure we still got to enjoy our booked tour. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and prompt attention we received.

I realize it was super busy due to spring break, but we had a reservation and still waited over an hour for a car to take us to our accommodations. I was told we were fifth in line for pickup put they keep letting other people and groups go before us until I complained. I won't be using them again.

Well organized and friendly staff. Food provided at rancho Capomo was delicious. Prices are excellent and experience is worth every cent you pay.

The hombre for the airport transfer did not speak English like the web site promised. The tour guide for the private Yelapa tour was 2 hours late. Customer service is horrible. No one answers the phone and I never get emails from them. I couldn't reach anybody on the day of the Yelapa tour when no one was there to meet us. I called 5 times within an hour and a half and no one answered. I got hung up on 2 times. I left 3 messages and no one called me back. I sent an email and no one emailed me back. I will never use this tour company again.

Everyone was super friendly, booked multiple tours and even at last minute and all staff did everything they could to make it a wonderful experience. I booked a tour almost every day because they were so good, many people had different struggles and the guides took their time to help people work through their issues ensuring everyone had a great time. Definitely recommend and I will definitely use them again on my next adventure!

We were very happy with booking our airport to hotel transfer with PVT. We were met very quickly upon exiting the airport by a very friendly young woman. Our driver was very personable and got us to our hotel quickly and easily. We will definitely book with PVT again!

This is the third time I have used Vallarta Tours for airport transport services and the experience has been excellent. Vehicles very clean and the drivers very cordial. Highly recommend.

I called Puerto Vallarta tours while we were in Puerto Vallarta, they were friendly, informative and were able to book an ATV tour for us for the next day immediately. They gave me the option to book with them over the phone or go to their website to book. After booking since it was somewhat last minute I was anxious and after an hour I called again to confirm my tour. They immediately answered the phone and told me I had nothing to worry about but she would confirm my tickets immediately, in less than 30 min I had an email with my confirmation and instructions for the tour. I would definitely use Puerto Vallarta Tours again next time I am in town.

I am thinking about booking a transfer from airport to condo with a grocery stop at Walmart. There will be 2 adults with 2 full size suitcases. Will a car be sufficient to accommodate us with room for groceries/beer for a week?

We can offer private transportation in a car for the 2 of you, we will most definitely add the grocery stop for only $33.00 USD if you take the car, but if you would rather request a van, we can add it for only $36.00 USD. 😃
My recommendation would be for you to take the van just so you can be more comfortable (since you will be taking groceries for a whole week), but it is completely up to you.

Hola. Los recorridos podes hacerlos perfectamente. La ciudad es chica así q podes pasear tranquilamente. Te recomiendo tomar un barco q va hasta Quimixto pasando por lugares muy pintorescos como Las Animas

Can you tell me where we would meet the boat and is there a possibility that you could pick us up at the Grand Mayan in Nuevo Vallarta? Something to do with the taxi union that companies like PVT cannot pick up at a hotel and transport to another location like a boat marina. Taxi's are safe and cheap.

They seemed to know what time cruise ship arrives and they accommodate accordingly. But be sure to confirm with them any changes in itenuary.

If so, was there a stop to shop?

Drover’s License required. You drive on busy streets in Mexico. Experience needed. The dune buggies are all standard/shifting required. Would not recommend for inexperienced driver.
