I came with my wife and did the special, which included a 1-hour massage and a pedicure for 1000 pesos. The massage was rated two stars for me, super soft and it did feel like the girls had no experience. The gel nails my wife didn't like at all. To be honest with you I didn't like them either. We paid 78 US dollars total and it wasn't worth it. Service of the customer is great. I got a pedicure and a manicure for guys and that was five stars. The oils and essences were good, but not enough to compensate.

Kinich Spa was running a massage special, 75 minutes for $25 U.S. I wondered how the massage would be for such a great price but I was surprised. I had a wonderfully relaxing massage in a nice air conditioned room. I'm picky about massages because I do a lot of running and some therapists don't do well on your legs. The girl I had did a great job on all parts of my legs including my IT bands. I would recommend highly.

Sandra and Yadira provided with excellent pedicures. Kind. Warm. Excellent service. Great deal and would definitely return! ~$280 pesos per pedicure.

Genesis gave me the best massage I've ever had. I had a neck pain for some time, I no longer have it. The Spa is clean, soft music playing made a very pleasant experience.

This is the worst massage I ever had
None of the women working there even smiled at me the entire time I had my massage. My wife also got rude unfriendly service
There are also places nearby that are half the price with more friendly workers

I had 1 hour session this week at Kinich Spa in Old Town, very near to the hotel I stay. My experience was great with Angela who was kind, soft spoken, and great personality. It was the first appointment with her and I am returning again this weekend. While her English is limited, she is very nice and I highly recommend Kinich Spa..

My travel companion & I both booked 75 minute massages at Kinich's location in the Puerto Vallarta Marina on the north side of the city, not far south of the PVR airport. Our appointments were made with an English-speaking representative (never expected though certainly appreciative, but he was not present for our actual appointments with two female therapists who spoke only Spanish. Our appointments were promptly honored. We both felt the therapists were appropriately skilled, and massage tables were sturdy enough to accommodate our 6'2" frames. Massage rooms were spartan; in my case, no chair or working hook upon which to hang clothing was provided, but the facility (including the floor) seemed quite clean. Oils & aromatherapy essences used all seemed to be of high quality, and we considered the experience to be a great value--both by local and certainly US standards. In our case the advertised price for a 60-minute massage + manicure was applied to allow a 75-minute massage without manicure, which we preferred. Based on our experiences, we would not hesitate to recommend Kinich Spa massage services to friends, and intend to visit Kinich again next time we visit Vallarta.

My friend and I decided on a relaxing massage after a hard day of touristy stuff. This place looks nice and clean & smells of amazing aromatherapy oils, so we thought it would be a great massage experience....WRONG! My massage was the lightest touch, and barely could be a classified as a massage, IMO. There was no consistency in the massage and it seemed like she had no clue what she was doing, she moved to my left foot and did push in her knuckles. This was the only part that felt good, and I am looking forward to her doing that on my right foot, but it didn’t happen. After, my massage, I waited 10 minutes for my friend who went in at the same time as me!
