Wonderful informative and magical

We had an amazing time! The trip was led by a biologist who started the day with a great presentation about cetacean biology before we got onto the boat. The crew was fantastic and worked hard to make sure we all had a positive experience with the dolphins while also avoiding disturbing them. The trip leader was happy to answer all our questions and was full of information about the specific dolphins we were swimming with as well as the species in general. They provided snacks, soda, and water, as well as masks, fins and snorkels. We brought our 3 year old and were nervous it would be difficult for him but he had an amazing time. Great experience, highly recommended!

Magique
Une expérience incroyable de pouvoir les voir d’aussi près et de nager avec eux (par petit groupe pour ne pas les effrayer).
Tout était construit autour du respect des animaux, et les explications de la biologiste étaient très intéressantes.

Wild Dolphin Encounter

The Swim with Dolphins was fun and educational. Pilar, the Marine Biologist, gave a very nice presentation before we boarded the boat to hunt for the dolphins.

We saw many dolphin pods, and when they would come near the boat, two or three of us were told to jump in the water ( life vests were available for those who needed them) and swim to the dolphins. The water was not very clear, so it was a challenge to see them using the mask that was given each participant.

The dolphins were not particularly friendly. I was the only one on the boat who had an up close and personal experience with a dolphin. Possibly it came to me, because I made underwater noises to attract it. The dolphin came right up to me and was so close that I could have touched it. It swam under and around me. I felt so lucky because all the people on the rest of the boat never had such an experience.

Pésima atención, no responden mensajes ni llamadas, no pude reservar ya que la persona que atiende el WhatsApp es cortante y te deha en visto, nada amable
Es una lastima que tengan esa atención al cliente

Best way to see wild dolphins!

What a fantastic experience! We were able to swim with a pod of wild dolphins and we also got to see whales as well. Pilar is a marine biologist and she was great, very informative and we learned so much.
We would definitely do this again.

Kicked us off the tour 15 mins before departure after waking up at 6am and taking a 45 min cab ride because “trip advisor” had overbooked.. except we booked directly 4 months prior.
Convinced us to go on the Whale Watching tour instead with the promise we could still swim with the dolphins on the way back. That turned out to be “jump in the water for 3- 5 mins in the vicinity of dolphins” , did not see dolphins from the water or swim with them.
Go with a different company if you can. Will be disputing the charge with VISA and getting a reimbursement.

The one to pick!
There are multiple offers out there, but I’d wholeheartedly suggest this experience for several reasons: a) there’s a guide whose a biologist can will tell you a lot of interesting things about the mammals before and during the boat ride, b) it’s a smaller boat, which is good, because it means the group is small and you are a lot more mobile of the water and can get closer to the animals, c) they also try to listen to whale sounds while out in the waters.

Great Day
A great experience overall. The film and overview prior to getting on the boat was very helpful to gain a better appreciation for what we were going to see. The use of sonic equipment to hear the male humpback sing was wonderful. We felt safe with 16 people on board. The whales were fun and exciting to be near. The sandwich lunch was good.

Our trip was whale watching and before it a very knowledgable and interesting introduction from the biologist. She continued to inform on the trip. Saw different formations of humpbacks: baby and Mum with and without escort. Large group with lots of activity. Highly recommend.

Magical Day!!! Pilar and the Captain were amazing Hosts. The educational session prior was great. The whale and her babies were a bonus. The Dolphins were incredible.
