Great time!

This is my second tour with Club Tengo Hambre. The first one was in 2017, food tour in Tijuana (we had the best time there). This time was a wine and dinner tour in Valle de Guadalupe. It was great to visit a couple of smaller local wineries (Mina Penelope and Tres Mujeres) and listen to their stories as we tasted their awesome wines. And we capped that off with an amazing dinner at Ariete. This company is really well run, the guides are very knowledgeable and knows how to keep their tours authentic for experiences that are more true to the region’s culture and history. Crossing the border by foot with them is seamless. I loved both my tour with CTH. Very highly recommended.

Awesome time! Cecilia was great! Easy place to meet, great pace, bathroom stops, churro and pulque stop, great variety of tacos. Highly recommend!

Delicious food tour

Wonderful tour of the most iconic hidden food stalls in Mexico City. Trust me, you’ll never find these places in a guidebook or from your hotel. This is strictly insiders only. Our guide was absolutely delightful.. She explained not only the food, but the cultural, historic, and neighborhood context. Charming, outgoing, good-natured, and funny, she made the tour an absolute pleasure.

Dani and Condesa!

We took the Best of Condesa food tour. Our guide Dani was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, and easy to chat with. The food was great. Condesa is beautiful and our tour was awesome. We would gladly do another tour with Dani.

Must Do Street Taco Tour with Amazing Guides!

The Mexico After Dark taco tour was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip to CDMX. Our phenomenal host Fernanda was the best food/tour guide we have ever had! It was like hanging out with a close, cool friend who was extremely fun and knowledgeable. She took us to 5+ local street taco spots, a churro spot, and a cantina, none of which we’d have ever discovered on our own. The food was exceptional, and Fernanda’s guidance and expert local knowledge and relationships with the vendors and bartenders enhanced the experience for all involved. Could not possibly recommend this tour more to anyone who loves food and new experiences visiting CDMX! Definitely request Fernanda if able!!

Must do in Mexico City!

This was absolutely amazing- so delicious, informative, and FUN! Ask for Alejandra to be your host, trust us on this, she was spectacular. She made sure we were all comfortable, took care of all the ordering, got us drinks, and knows all sorts of great tidbits about each place and the city. Unlike our Spanish, her English is flawless! The pulque is AMAZING, she was worried it was too much of a “dive bar” but it was one of our favorite stops. We loved hearing all the history behind the food and the pulque. We can’t give this enough stars, you’ll have a great time! Thanks again, Alejandra- let us know if you ever come to San Diego! We’d love to host you and repay your kindness!

Top rate food tour that featured various tacos. Loved the variety but the history behind the food and families.
Lots of walking through wonderful neighborhoods.
Alejandria, our guide was fantastic. Her knowledge about the food and it’s history was outstanding.
We were so full by the end but very happy!
