In March 2024, I commissioned Taxi Riviera to transport me and a group of 10 people from Cancun Airport to Chiquilá and later back to Cancun Airport.
The service was absolutely first class. Prices were fair and transparent, and both the drivers and reservation team showed the utmost professionalism and friendliness. The vehicles were clean, comfortable and perfectly suited for our group. Punctuality is particularly noteworthy, which was enormously important for smooth travel planning.
When I travel to Cancun again, I will no doubt book Taxi Riviera again. Absolutely recommended for all who are looking for reliable and high-quality transport!

We went to Cancun for a vacation, and I pre-booked a van from Taxi Riviera Maya. When we returned to the airport on December 30, 2024, we accidentally left an iPhone in the van. I contacted the company and was informed that the driver had found the iPhone, but he was already away from the airport and was completing another service.
The driver was scheduled to drop someone else off at the airport as well. I waited for him at the airport, feeling anxious as I was under pressure not to miss my flight. After completing his job, the driver managed to return the iPhone to me. I didn’t have enough time (had to run to ensure I made my flight on time) or enough cash to properly thank the driver.
Later, I contacted the company to express my gratitude to the driver, but they informed me they couldn’t share his personal information. They did, however, tell me the driver’s name: Jose Luis Iñiguez Corona.
Jose Luis Iñiguez Corona is an excellent and reliable driver , and I greatly appreciate his help!

Reliable service and polite drivers. Some of the staff might benefit from a more flexible point of view when dealing with customers and mishaps. Overall, I wouldn’t complain. Safety and reliability trump all.

Very bad service my experience, we hire the shuttle service with Taxi Riviera Maya and pay in advance for staff to an event, the super rude drivers. We request reimbursement for the service not provided and they do not respond, they say that they have problems with their system, that the treasury person is not there, and I do not recommend using this taxi service, they ignore you, we have been like this for a month, I do not recommend it

Unfortunately very bad my experience. We contracted the shuttle service with Taxi Riviera Maya and paid in advance, from days before arriving in Cancun, the transportation was supposed to meet us upon arrival at Cancun airport, it was not the unit took more than half an hour to arrive.
And the hotel-airport transfer didn't arrive. Calling on the phone left me hanging on the line 14 minutes!! In a hurry to get to the airport we had to hire another taxi.
I am requesting a refund for service not provided and they do not respond. Customer service for follow-up is to ignore communication.
Only at the time of the first contact were they very friendly and quick and follow up the prepayment of the service.
From there, customer service was transformed into my experience.
I do not recommend using this taxi service or not paying them in advance.

Every good service should start with efficient communication and continuous closeness to the customer to guide them in places they often know, payment processes, confirmations and reconfirmations that give peace of mind, clear logistics for each service and above all NAMES we still want to deal with real people, with real feelings. Taxi Riviera Maya has all that and more, things flowed smoothly giving start and close to an unforgettable experience in Cancun. My wife, my 2 children and my 2 grandchildren and a server highly recommend them
