An apology Mr. Ignacio, but I think you were very rude in rating us like that. We were waiting for you for 2 hours, from 5 AM until 7:12 AM, we were in communication with you where you told us it would only take 20 minutes, then you stopped responding and we still waited 30 more minutes to leave. You responded until 8:34 AM only to tell us that you had already left and that our service was bad. We are very sorry for what happened, thank you very much for the feedback.
