Excelente servicio de Mario, César y Juan Carlos. Siempre muy amables y atentos a lo que se necesitara. Excelentes viajes a Chichen Itza, Valladolid y playas accesibles, cuentan con sillas flotantes y sillas de ruedas para renta.

This company was amazing! They made it so easy for me to plan a vacation that I was afraid my handicapped mother would never be able to join us on. They worked with me at home to plan the delivery of the motorized chair to our hotel, set up pick up so all we had to do was enjoy.
I would recommend them to anyone with mobility issues!!

Vehicles were brand new. Staff very professional. I felt very comfortable and safe on my trips. Would highly recommend any wheelchair user to use this company in Cancun

Cesar was our driver on May 18,2023. He was 15 minutes early and drove us from Riu dunamar to cancun airport. With his knowledge, he was explaining the history of mexico. Cesar has a way of assisting my mom in a wheelchair safely and calmly. He is very patient and drives very good!

Cancun Accessible is my favorite wheelchair-friendly transportation service in Cancun. We were also transported to Playa del Carmen and Merida. Upon arrival, we were met by a professional and hospitable driver. The wheelchair-accessible van was spacious, clean, and equipped with wheelchair tie down straps for a safe ride. Highly recommended!

I rented the beach wheelchair and it was a game changer for my trip to Cancun. I was able to go into the ocean and pool each day! I will defiantly rent this as well as purchase other services such as transfers to and from the hotel in future visits to Cancun.

Cesar was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean taxi with secure wheelchair clamps. Great service both too and from the airport.

I got off the plane and my driver was waiting outside to help with our bags. The van was clean and spacious. The driver got the wheelchair strapped down good.
When time to gome home, the driver was at our resort as we checked out. Got me and the chair strapped in and off we went. Thank you Amstar! Would use you when we come back.

Excelente experiencia con Cancun Accesible, viajamos en familia con mi esposo en silla de ruedas, primera vez en volver al mar luego de su accidente creímos que solo veríamos el mar y la arena, pero gracias a Cancun accesible todo fue posible, mi esposo logró entrar al mar, tocar la arena disfrutar y divertirse como todos, contratamos silla anfibia, de arena y silla de baño para la habitación todo fue excelente, personal amable, puntual, aclaran todas tus dudas, sin lugar a duda los mejores, lo recomiendo ampliamente
