My driver was very nice and easy to communicate with prior to my trip, but dropped me off at the wrong terminal. As a woman traveling alone, I paid extra money for this ride service in order to avoid situations like this. The company did not take accountability for their mistake, so I feel the need to write this review to warn others.
I requested to be dropped off at terminal 3, but the driver told me that my Airline (Aeroméxico) only uses terminal 4. I was told by airport employees that terminal 4 is only for domestic flights and all flights to the US leave out of terminal 3. Since I missed the terminal shuttle, I had no choice but to take a sketchy cab which charged me $50 usd. The terminals are in separate buildings so walking was not an option.
When I reached out to the company to inform them of this, they told me it was my fault for providing the wrong flight information. When I sent screenshots confirming that information I provided them was correct and that the Aeroméxico flight left from terminal 3, they did not respond.

Excellent service, very friendly and professional and even waited at the airport for us for 30 minutes while we waited to get our luggage. Would highly recommend them!

Waited for an hour from arrival for our pre-arranged airport transport. The BFS concierge at the airport tried to get a car to come, but could not provide any kind of ETA after 45 mins. of calling drivers and their main office. Made the reservation through Booking.com. Asked the BDS concierge to help arrange a cab so we could meet our check in window, they charged $140 (3 times the cab union rate). We paid it because we felt we had to in order to get to hotel in time for check in. Terrible service from BDS and still waiting 10 days later for a resolution from Booking.com. Will never use again.

The drivers were very friendly and helpful. MR Rodas and the other driver(unfortunately I can remember his name) . They pick up us on time (airport & hotel). the Van was immaculate clean.

Luis , the contact in the office is great, replies quickly to questions. Elias the driver was late for our pick up & he was very apologetic . He had cold drinks ready for us and it was greatly appreciated as it was a scorching day. The van was clean , the drive to the hotel was smooth.

The driver was on time his vehicle was clean and he was great. I booked this the day before so the fact that they could accommodate me was wonderful
