Wake Surf Logoon Style a Blast!

Had a wonderful time! Marcos was great and we we had so much fun wake surfing ! the waters were calm and beautiful and the WAVE was amazing too! Definetly a fun day away from the beach full of many laughs, wipe outs and good ole fun!

My second visit and it was no doubt the best ever, even with pretty high expectations. Just amazing. Have no other words then just go and explore this your self. So worth it. The captain is just insanly awesome. Had so much fun!

Awesome afternoon with Marcos

CJ set this up via chat with his captain Marcos and we had an amazing time. The boat is on the new side and its really comfortable for surfing and wake boarding. Its also in a nice marina with parking and really easy access, we were literally surfing 10 minutes after getting out of the car. Bring water and get ready for a great time, Marcos gives great pointers for beginners and he is a really skilled driver. The setting is amazing in a super calm lagoon with flat water and swanky hotels in the back drop ---its hard to beat. The word is to go for sunset.

We had a great time with Marco on the Axis boat. Our time did not start until the ballasts were full. Nice location with parking. Nice reliable boat. Excellent communication and customer service!

Unforgettable

This is a must do while visiting Cancun ! My wife and I were on our first Vacation since having kids and booked with Wake Boat Party Cancun to get out on the water and explore, in a more private setting then the big hectic tours you can find. We ended up meeting two other couple at our resort that we brought along with us and we all had an absolute blast ! The communication was fantastic with these guys, everything went off with out a hitch ! Cant wait to come back again ! Thank you for everything Cam !

It wasn't just wake surfing it was the best party ever! I came with my friends and it was a crazy afternoon!!!!
Dancing drinking partying wakesurfing in the Caribbean.
I just loved it!

Thank so much to Cameron and his team to make this experience the best I had in cancun!

This was one of the most fabulous things we did on our Caribbean trip! The communication was excellent, the adventure left our smilers tired. If you like wake surfing, this is a must.

Better Late than Never

While planning our next vacation I realized I never properly reviewed this business from our last trip in August. I’m a repeat customer so I already knew the hospitality that just comes standard with every booking but this time there
was a catch: the dates that we were gonna be in town Cam was not. No big deal right? We’ll just book somewhere else. But Cam came in clutch big time and set us up to go out with his friend Marcos!

Now the same week that we rolled through so did hurricane Harvey. And it took a little schedule maneuvering on everyone’s parts but Marcos could not have been more accommodating. He never seemed put out by us having to change everything a couple times. When we finally got out on the water, he was great. Felt like hanging with an old friend. We wakeboarded some, looked for crocs in the lagoon (found 1) and took a nice calm drive around the lagoon side. Marcos had asked in advance what drinks we liked and had a cooler ready to go for us as well. Since we met at his boat dock we had to walk back to the main road and take a taxi back to our hotel. Being 2 young females walking by ourselves he walked us all the way to the road, got us a taxi, and even negotiated the price for our trip back with the driver!

Even though we missed seeing Cam this time around this was still the highlight of our trip. You’d be hard pressed to find any other company that treats you like a person and not just another tourist. I’ll book with this company every single time I’m down in Cancun.

Huge disappointment!

I booked & paid for this tour far in advance for my birthday celebration. I confirmed with the owner days before my arrival, and then again, the day we arrived in mexico. The owner stated they were excited to have me, and was ready to go! The before my tour, the owner sends me a text stating his boat is under repair, and needs to reschedule. I agreed to rescheduling for 2 days later, thinking it should give him sufficient time to fix his boat. the day prior to my excursion (my last full day in mexico), I get another text from the owner stating his boat is still not operative.

The owner offered to meet me at the airport to refund my money, but I declined because we were on a tight schedule. I asked instead, he refund me via paypal. I finally received my refund 14 days later, like he said he would.

I was not going to write a review at all. However, after thought, I think people should be aware of pre booking a tour way in advance. It's a risk planning something for your special occasion, and only to have full disappointment.

First and foremost, I am so sorry we were unable to take you and your husband out for your birthday celebration as we absolutely tried to do everything in our capacity to make that happen. We have helped more than 681 people to learn to wake surf and we truly wished you would have been next on the list. I ask that anyone reading this review to please send me a direct message to discuss. We have 170 plus five star reviews that differ as we pride ourselves in full disclosure communication. You and I shared 170 messages together (including emoji’s) and my communication was forthright and 100% upfront. That is ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY MESSAGES sent by you and me. I believe that goes well beyond any communication expectation for a 4 hour excursion. We were excited to have you on the boat and when my mechanics advised me that the boat would not be ready I immediately let you know. I right away advised you that we would issue a full refund if we were unable to get you on the boat enjoying yourselves. I also tried to rent another boat at my expense however none were available. I also advised you the day you would receive your full refund and that morning you placed a dispute on PayPal which disabled my ability to simply hit full refund. Your dispute is what caused the delay and I believe it was 7 days PayPal had it under review. I sadly had to refund 2 other people and they received their refund with no problems and no delays and they are coming back compliments of us. As this business is what allows me to feed my wife and 3 children and put a roof over our head, I ask you to remove this post and also ask you why you would purposely try to hurt a business and a family that tried so hard to help you have an extraordinary day. My email and my phone are always available for a discussion. Again, I apologize for not getting you out on the water as I thought you knew how hard we tried to make that happen.
