Ernie was the best!!!

My sister and I booked the private Jeep tour from our port stop on our cruise. They confused our tour but corrected it quickly and called Ernie! Best day ever. Ernie drove us to gorgeous private beaches and shared his history on the island! Tequila tour was a nice surprise add to the day, and we normally don’t drink! Very cool experience. Ernie was flexible and fun! We will ask for him next time we come back!

Wow, forget the ship tours and book this. The best personal treatment and avoided all the crowds. Ernie met us when we got off the ship, was fantastic and customized our tour for 6 exactly to our wants. First a stop and a replica Mayan village where we got a personal tour and explanation of the early production of chocolate, vanilla and the local honey as well as Mayan history and foods. Then off to an almost private beach for an ocean swim and along the way Ernie found us a crocodile. After the beach we really wanted to snorkel so he took us to a great area where we had a nice lunch then he personally took us out in the water to see the fish and coral, again away from the crowds. An excellent day with an excellent guide and a tour customized to our likes. Highly Recommend

My birthday celebration

We had the pleasure of meeting Rodrigo who was beyond amazing. He not only gave us the best tour of the island but he took pictures of my husband and I, he made jokes, gave us a ton of information about the island and the beautiful things to see there. He was full of knowledge. You could tell he loved what he did and he showed it every min we spent with him. We saw the lungs of Cozumel (blow holes), we had amazing food at tortugas and he let us walk around the beach on the opposite side of the island it was magical. I highly recommend taking a tour and ask for Rodrigo you won’t regret it.

One of our best days in Cozumel

I took my mom on vacation and wanted to do something special with her and this trip did not disappoint. We visited two reefs and a more shallow spot to see the starfish. The final stop was a sandbar and that was my favorite. We saw rays, puffer fish, and a huge baitball of fish. The water is so beautiful and clear. While we were swimming, Daniel and his crew made us all some amazing guacamole! There were drinks for everyone also. Daniel and Angel are the best crew we could have asked for. John, the owner, cares about his business and it shows. If you are in Cozumel for a day or a week, book a trip with this group and you will have an amazing day!

Experience Cozumel in style!

We had an awesome tour guide during our visit to Cozumel! He was informative and helpful. Loved the jeep ride, the beaches and the snorkeling. I do wish we would have more time for shopping downtown. By the time we finished all the activities it was nearly time to meet the ferry back to Playa de Carmen.

Highly surpassed expectations

Great family company arranged pickup at a known local spot far from the waterfront. A small tour boat took us to 3 local dive spots Juan gathered our small group and guided us across the reef pointing out sea turtles etc. Then got us back on the boat for each of the next locations. When we reached the final location which was famous for the many passing stingrays in knee high water they started preparing fresh guacamole and Pico De Gallo and passing out margaritas and coronas to those who wished to partake. Well worth the money even before considering the cost of snacks and drinks elsewhere. Others snorkel boats we saw nearby had far more people and seemed to leave snorkelers on their own. Could not recommend more highly as a wonderful trip at a great price considering transportation, snacks and drinks. Not sure about younger children but I feel sure they would tell you if they did not feel fully capable of taki g care of them

Cozumel Snorkeling

We made the mistake of booking our trip through the resort and were offered only one option. The staff were nice and made sure we had constant drinks. The two reefs off Cozumel that we were taken too were beautiful. The downside to this trip was the 50 plus people on the boat with us. It made snorkeling difficult being surrounded by so many people. Pay the extra and get a more personal trip. I would book Playa Mia again for sure!

Great customer service and tours experience

Excellent option on tours! I did not have the pleasure to meet Benjamín personally, nevertheless I always received great attention and all information He provided us was accurate. As tourists some of us do not trust in strangers and obviously if there is money involved. The way that Benjamín works is really nice and gave us confidence and trust. Benjamín was also supporting us in other topics different than tours/excursions with a great response time and good rates. See you next time!!!

Great snorkeling excursion

We chose to book this snorkeling excursion online instead of the one on our resort. It cost a little bit more but offered much more time in the water at the 3 reefs. They also picked us up on the pier at the secrets resort. Had a great time and seen lots of fish and a couple sea turtles.

Snorkling and PlayaMia

Benjamin got our family of 8 on board with less than 24hr notice. Great communicator via several options when cell phone calls weren't accessible, he was right with us. Our resort was less than helpful so Benjamin took over and provided us a guided tour from riviera maya, to Playadel Carmen ferry, to cozumel snorkling, PlayaMia and back to hotel. Six teenagers and two parents all had a great time. Thank you to the whole crew!
