BajioGo was easy to book and pay in advance. They were very reliable in meeting us a the Airport in Leon, as well as picking us up at our residence in San Miguel when they said they would to return us to the Airport Got us to our destination in time!

This was our second trip to SMA in four years. On our previous trip, BajioGo service both to and from Leon BJX airport was excellent and on time.
On this trip, the inbound trip BJX to SMA was fine. The outgoing trip to the airport however was a bit tight in their timeline. We were scheduled for pick up between 8.30am and 8.50 am. Our driver arrived close to 9:00 am and we still picked up one more passenger. Our flight from Leon was scheduled for 12:00 departure. Needless to say we were very worried. However, the driver did what he could and got us to the airport by 10:30 a.m. Fortunately for us there was virtually no line up at the check in counter or it might have been a different outcome. If you can allow a full 3 hours, do so as there are many speed bumps all along the route and these slow the driver down.
Otherwise, the service is excellent. It is easy to book your return pick up online.

Missed our flight at cdmx due to this shuttle service. Costing us hundreds of dollars. BahioGo estimated our arrival to cdmx at 10 a.m., 3 hours before our departure time. We got there at 12:10 p. M. Driver was very late to pick us up, made stop to pick up last minute customer, then another at Queretero airport and a traffic delay. We still would have made our flight had the driver listened to our pleas to go to terminal 2 first. No go for BajioGo! Never again.

Great service! Manuel met us at BJX and drove us directly and carefully to the door of our hotel in San Miguel, in a clean and comfortable minivan. We booked and paid on the phone a day ahead, that was also very easy. I’ll definitely use their service again next time I visit San Miguel.

We used shuttle for transport both ways between BJX and SMA. Easy to schedule and pay in advance on line. I did ask if the return pick up time would get us to BJX in time. They responded by email quickly and in English. I did choose an earlier pick up and the change was made without hassle and a confirmation sent by email.
Pick up was prompt. Van was filled to capacity for return trip. Driver polite and helpful with bags.
Very very reasonable rate $20-$25 USD for a 90 minute trip.

BajioGo Shuttle is the best!
I wanted to acknowledge our amazing shuttle driver Jorge! There was a very bad fatal accident on the road back to Leon. There was no way around it and we had to turn around to find a detour. Jorge expertly and amazingly navigated the shuttle to perform a U-Turn in a very limited space. Jorge followed a bus that knew the way to the detour. It was a primitive off-road desert path, very bumpy and rugged. Jorge expertly navigated the shuttle through the desert road and kept everyone safe. Because of Jorge's expert driving, we all arrived safely at the airport and miraculously still made our flight back to Tijuana!
Please give Jorge our sincere thanks and thank you for the exceptional service.

Oscar was sweet and kind and made sure I got to my door before he left. Would highly recommend this for airport transfers from BJX to SMA. Oh and booking online was easy.

Distracted driver.
120-150 kilometres per hour.
Did not change after I asked that he slow down and use more caution.
Eventually Stopped by police .
Police asked me to assist him with funds in order to avoid arrest for trying to bribe an officer.
Delayed journey by 40 minutes.
This company has gone downhill. I have used them off and on for +10 years.
I suggest seeking an alternative service provider.

THE BEST! We used this shuttle service between the Queretaro Airport and San Miguel and WOW! THE BEST!
The vans are super clean, the drivers all speak english and greet you at the arrivals area with your name on a sign. They carry your bags. They have bottled water waiting for you in the van. The driver was an exceptional safe driver and kept us updated on how long it would take to get to our hotel. Door to door service! We used them on our return as well and the service was even more amazing. Our flight was delayed and they called us before I could even call them. They monitored our flights and made adjustments as needed. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Hello, I am not quite sure what you are asking. If you are hiring a private ride to Mexico City from SMA, you can go any time I imagine. Tell them when your flight is and they will tell you when you must leave. They also have shared rides on that route but be sure that there will be others to share the cost at the time you choose to leave. I ended up having to pay a fortune since I did not confirm this before leaving Mexico CIty once. If your question is different, please try to clarify. Thanks for asking!!

I believe it was $24 for just me from BJX to my friends apt in central SMdA for a shared shuttle (which i was the only passenger in). This was back in May. It was a perfectly safe and comfortable trip. The driver met me at the airport and dropped me in front of my friends place.

What's the price for picking up one person at San Leon airport, bringing him to SMA and return him to San Leon 4 days later?

I do not know that price exactly, but you can inquire at their website. The round-trip from Queretero Airport to SMA ran US$48 which I charged to my credit card on-line. The distance from Leon/Silao Airport to SMA is about the same and so the fare should be about the same. BTW, "Bajio" refers to this region in the central highlands of Mexico, including Guanajuato and Queretero States.

I checked my confirmation email from them and there is no discussion of cancellation policy. I would expect that at a minimum, if you miss their pick-up due to air travel delays, they will pick you up at the airport at the time of your delayed or new flight. Always good to send them an email to let them know of your revised itinerary. However, if you wish to cancel altogether, it is best to ask them about their policy at their info@ email address.

I checked the Bajiogo website (see quotation below) and they offer shuttle transportation from MEX to San Miguel. You can send an email to their info email address for more details.
The shuttle from Queretero Airport to San Miguel is only US$18 each way. I would guess that MEX to San Miguel is at least US$50 each way.
