Great place for a ride

This is my favourite place on the Isle of Wight. Wether you can ride or have never sad on a horse this is the place for you. I am a rider the horses are great very well behaved. My daughters 9yr and 11yrs join me on rides here they are given well suited horses for their ability. I am able to have a canter on the beach whilst they trot behind.

A fantastic riding experience

This is our granddaughter’s favourite activity when we’re on holiday on the Isle of Wight. It’s easy to book and we found good flexibility when the weather on our first choice date was poor so and there was no
issue changing to the following date.
Last year we went to the summer base and this year we went to the winter stables. Both venues had free parking and good facilities. Hats and riding boots are included in the cost and these are clean and in a good state.
The horses are beautiful and look so content. The staff are friendly and efficient. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to ride.

Amazing wonderful experience.

Sally was so helpful from start to finish making my experience of wanting to ride a horse on a beach so memorable and fantastic.
Everyone was so welcoming on arrival and helpful with the fitting of the hat and boots.
I had a lovely horse called Barnaby and Charlotte and Jade were so friendly and helpful at taking myself and my partner down a bridal path and onto the beach. The experience lasted an hour and was better than I ever could have imagined.
Such a fantastic experience with amazing friendly staff and the most placid and beautiful horses ever.
Cant wait to experience this again and would highly recommend.

Great experience

My daughter had the best time riding on the beach. Sallys Riding School were excellent, all the staff were so helpful, friendly and encouraging.

It’s been a dream of hers and they made it come true.

Really good value for money too.

It's just so brilliant

If you want a perfect relaxing location and a team of caring professionals who make you feel so special, then this is the place to go. Such an uplifting couple of hours spent in Bembridge with Sally and the team. Sally organized a beach ride for myself and my father (78 yrs old) with two beautiful and suitable horses, It's magic, I've been before and will go back again. Many thanks to Sally and the team, I highly recommended this activity. Gary (Nigel)

Fun for all the family

Superb. Our whole family rode. They provided suitable horses for all of us. Our riding ages went from 4 to 77 so they really do cater for all ages! The horses are well looked after and the staff were pleasant and reassuring to the novice riders. Beautiful ride down a lane then along the beach. We took in 3 bays and even took the horses into the water. All in all a brilliant activity.

Unforgettable hack on the beach

Booked my horse obsessed 11 year old a surprise beach hack.
Sally and her team are a lovely bunch of people, very friendly happy to answer our questions. The horses were beautiful and clearly very well looked after. There was a mixture of novices and experienced riders and each individuals capabilities was considered to ensure everyone got the most out of their hack. My daughter got to canter on the beach which as she said "a dream come true" 😊

I'm definitely going back!

Horse riding on the beach has been on my 'bucket list' for some time now and, wow did it exceed my expectations! My family suprised me with it for my 21st birthday and, upon arrival, all the staff sand happy birthday to me. Each person working there was so friendly, warm and down-to-earth - it made the day even more special.
They were also great at teaching everyone how to climb on and off the horse, how to sit, ride and communicate with the horse which definitely added to the experience.

During the horse riding experience, the girls were super friendly and interested in us personally. We werre able to do some trotting too, which was amazing! Then at the end, we were given a rosette with a personalised message on the back which was really special.

I think that a real test of how good something is, is if you would do it again. And that's a yes!
Would 1000000% recommend!

This was a dream of mine to at long last ride on a beach. The staff were amazing and didn’t let me down. Great horse too thanks Humbug 😘. I understand depending on the beach and what the tide has left but we managed a canter. Weather held so made it more special. A day I will always remember thanks guys. X

Beach horse ride, a wonderful experience

I booked a beach horse ride at Sally’s Riding School as a birthday treat for my wife.
Sally and the team were very welcoming and once kitted up my wife was introduced to Humbug for the ride. Our guide, Jackie was so friendly and checked that my wife was comfortable and safe throughout the ride.
Humbug was a great horse, very calm and well behaved. The beach and scenery at Bembridge are stunning.
We highly recommend Sally’s Riding School to anyone that is looking for an amazing horse ride experience.
