The whole cinema is run down and sticky. The ladies bathroom reeked of urine. Counters were all wet and there was no paper towels. Just filthy!

@0 minutes after showtime your still watching previews and car commercials. If a movie starts at 2:00 pm then that should be the start time. Nope not here. Very disappointed.

They need to renovate this theater it is horrible if you compare with other theaters. I’m gonna Cineplex name in big cities they have all the new amenities different dining options this one is old and decrepit it has nothing to do with the staff that works there just to facility itself

last few times very disappointed unless you are in a theater that has the premium seats that you pay extra for. You need to go very early and find a seat that is semi comfortable. Many seats are broken and worn out.
We used to go to movies 2 or 3 times a month and now we go about once every couple months or less now.
If we are in Edmonton we quite often will go to a movie and enjoy the nice comfortable seats.

This business is disgusting. The facility is dirty. The staff is far from friendly and the definition of service needs to be explained to the staff. The seating is outdated. This is one of the worst theatres I've been to in a long time.

We went to see Mission Impossible Fallout in 3D. Nothing was said of any problem when we bought our tickets and we were given 3 D glasses by the ticket taker. We both noticed a very unnerving flickering in the film ( made us a bit nauseous). Eventually we took off the 3 D glasses. On leaving we asked if there was a problem and were told the 3D was not working, a known problem they were trying to fix. One staff member said they were giving out passes to another film but that we needed to speak to the manager. The manager only made excuses about new staff and changes in work schedule so not all staff knew to tell us the 3D was not working. Definitely not good customer service but rather just shifting the blame. Overall a horrible experience. We were hoping to see a few other new releases while in town but I refuse to give this cinema any more business.

This establishment progressively gets worse, this may have been my last time going to this theatre, ( the kids made me) line ups are brutal regardless if you are attempting to get in with prepaid tickets, regular lines or food & beverage, garbage everywhere, no attendants anywhere, not sure where the money is going but if there is a competitor out there looking for a growing city, this should be your next location...popcorn (liquid butter) had an unknown flavour...

Overall an ok experience. I think there is some opportunity for Cineplex to step up their game and renovate this facility. Lines are very long and the lobby is very small. The ticket kiosks are often out of order so that can contribute to the long lines.

I wish Cineplex would upgrade our dingy old theatre like they have in many other cities. Our parking lots are full and I believe that our city deserves to have an upgraded theatre.
