Only been once. Not true, twice in the same day ;) but guaranteed to return. Bought a couple dozen chocolates for a staff function and they were a hit!!! (and so was I) Cute chocolates, cute shop and cuter hand crafted packaging. Worth checking out, but if you blink, you will miss it.

While visiting Kamloops recently, I stumbled upon Caduceus Chocolates, a tiny little shop, no bigger than a closet but chock full of Italian artisan chocolates. The owner/operator had just opened up and spent some time describing her work and even giving myself and my friend a sample of the exquisite chocolates. I bought a small sample gift box to take back home.
A wide range of Canadian-made chocolates are available; she makes some of the selections herself, others are from another local source. Each tiny piece is presented in handmade paper boxes. Prices are appropriate for what is a premium item. Examples are chocolate such as signature creations using pure plantation cacao from Central and South America and dark dipped coffee beans. Caduceus Chocolates Mole Sauce is also sold, a blend of chiles, cocoa and "secret spices".
In addition, the shop has an excellent website that goes further in explaining what you will find within. A truly delightful find. P.S. My wife loved the chocolates!

Who doesn't love chocolate? Imagine my luck when I finally stumbled upon this tiny gem of monstrous taste explosions right here in Kamloops!
I had heard about this place through friends but had a wee bit of difficulty finding the place. Once I did find it, I was greeted with whimsy and ardour.
For those that are also having the bad luck of missing this sweet find, it's across the street from the McDonald's on Third Ave and Victoria st.
THE CHOCOLATES ARE GOLDEN MORSELS OF CLOUDY HEAVEN on your tongue and palate. There are many different flavors to try but I chose the Chili and Hazelnut ones. At $2 a chocolate, Caduceus turns chocolate eating into an event to be savored and cherished. The truffle is fine tuned for the task and delivers, in my opinion, a memorable experience.
One of my favourite details of Caduceus is the packaging that the owner makes herself. Check it out in the pics! So cute ☺ I had to share with the TA community.

This little shop of the chocolate persuasion offers a curated collection of premium, Italian artisan chocolates. The morsels are beautifully presented in striking masu paper boxes. Perfect for self indulgence or a delightful gift that is sure to impress. A traveller favourite.
