This gallery was very much worth the visit while on Granville Island. The impressionist landscapes by Alice Rich were excellent.

We had chartered a boat on Granville Island and were wandering around before setting off on our cruise and found Studio 13 and loved the art works in the windows. On our return from the cruise we went back and purchased two paintings, both by Alice Rich, one of the owners. She packaged them very well and they arrived in great
condition at our home in San Rafael, CA. We plan to visit the studio on our next trip to Vancouver in September, 2018.
The first painting is a modern, unfocused view of a shoreline that reminded us of cruising in the California Delta. The second is of a fishing dory sitting on the sand at low tide. Alice has an affinity for the sea and shore.
