My experience at Tiber River never disappoints. Staff are on time, professional and pleasant. Tiber takes cleanliness seriously and I go knowing that all supplies are top quality and instruments are clean.
The products smell wonderful and their shower shakes are one of the most unique products out there. Exfoliate and wash at the same time!
Small sizes of lotion for winter dry hands also make great hostess gifts!

I was at the Kenaston location on April 24 2021 . I had a mask on upon entering the store . The girl behind the counter was very unfriendly . Said not to touch anything or smell . I was interested in the shower shake and the different fragrances . Bought one I never used before tropics like it’s hot . When I was paying for it right beside the cashier was a different shower shake on special. Was never told about the special . I would have bought that one . Poor customer service . Rude clerk !

My friend and I went to Tiber River and both got Foot Loose and Fancy Free Pedi’s. It was fantastic. I loved the comfy seats that were so different from the typical pedi chairs you sit in. The service was great, but more importantly the product was beyond amazing!!! My skin has never felt better!! I have a whole new confidence in my skin. I’ll be going back for sure!

I have been a customer of Tiber River since it first began. Over the years I have seen it change and grow. What makes me keep coming back is the product, the space, the people you meet. I usually get a mani-pedi or just a pedicure. I have gone solo but also book when friends or family visit. Or there is a special occasion (grad, sister date, wedding). I keep my nails short and love the polish selection. I have gone to the Kenaston location a few times (lovely! Great place to look at and try out products and take workshops). Academy is my personal favorite as it is my Grandma's old neighborhood and I love the smaller space. I have recently noticed the outside of the Academy Tiber has been updated. It is time to treat myself and check out the other Shops. I recommend trying a new place 3 times....you will find a Professional you jive with and you can try different days/times/packages. In my experience, Tiber management appreciate feedback and do their best to satisfy their patrons.

Wanted to get a pedicure before starting Radiation and Chemo therapies. Went on.
a Sunday when I was feeling good. Did not want to make an appointment anywhere as I never knew how I would feel.
So dropped in at Tiber River Naturals on Kenaston. Big mistake. I was informed, in a snotty tone, that unfortunately (for me) they were fully booked.
You really must need an appointment to go there!
No bigg to me as there are nail salons and spas on almost every corner, so went elsewhere where I was welcomed and had very good service, in a friendly manner!
So, will never try Tiber River Naturals again!

I agree with another reviewer regarding the ambience ... there isn’t any, ceiling is dinky and old, no spa chairs, uncomfortable pillows at your back. The person that did my pedi and mani only spoke to me when she absolutely had too, seemed like she hated her job, however maybe she had a bad day, I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. The receptionist was very friendly. I would not return due to the cost with little customer service.

While visiting Winnipeg my hotel hair products were just not cutting it. I stopped in at Tiber River Naturals and I am amazed by the products. My hair has never felt or looked so good and that was only a small sample of what they have to offer. I will stop in on my next visit to check out more of what they have to offer.

Have been going to the Academy location for over a decade. Staff feel like old friends and are knowledgeable and professional. Place is fresh and bright even being in an older building and services and products are in a league of their own. Love coming here every time!

Every product I tried exceeded my expectations! Store was tidy, staff was helpful to find what i needed and explained what i was confused about.
